A Summer to Remember
Description
When the new boy living next door acts cold and distant from everyone including you, you begin to grow curious as to what kind of secrets he's holding within that shell of his. As you begin to break him down more and more, you begin to find out things about him that even he didn't know about himself in the course of one summer. Which of course make this summer A Summer to Remember.
*This story will be very loosely based off the movie A Moment to Remember*
Hello everyone, both new and older readers for my other story The New Girl! I have decided to start a new story since The New Girl is ending quite soon. I'd like to thank you all for even clicking on this and taking the time to at least look at it! For those of you reading my other story, I'd like to point out that for this story I will only be telling the story from "your" point of view. And also, sorry to disappoint some of you... Even though Luhan won the polls, I decided to make Kris the main character for this story because he fit the description more! ^^
CHARACTERS:
Jung Nayoung (you): A sixteen year old incoming junior is usually calm and collective, however is driven crazy when the new neighbor moves in to town. Plays soccer and enjoys running, reading, and other "fun" things.
Kris Wu: A seventeen year old incoming senior who has very little to say, and many secrets within him.
Jung Krystal: Your best friend who has too much to say to everyone and anyone.
Chen Wu (just imagine Chenchen as a little boy LOL): Kris' younger brother, about 10 years old and a lot more talkative than his brother.
And there will be other minor characters that will be listed later on!
SPECIAL THANKS TO: Angie for my old poster and background ;A;. Thank you love, I love you <3
Foreword
Out of all the obstacles I had come across, racing against time had proved to be the most difficult.
Things were going great, they were going the way I expected it to be. I finally found happiness.
But what I didn't know for sure was whether I was genuinely happy or forcing myself to be happy.
I walked along the uneven cement, hoping for some sort of answer.
"You'll never be alone because I'll be here with you. I'll do anything to protect you, no matter what the cost may be."
The words replayed in my head over and over again.
The depressing atmosphere wasn't making anything much better, but I knew what I was doing was the right thing to do.
Tick. Tock. Tick. Tock.
I kneeled down and touched the cold, untouched object that sent chills up and down my spine each time I came back to do so.
"Who are you again?"
I remember that question so clearly, and it was the one thing I still wish til this day that I never heard.
Because I knew right then and there that I had officially lost you.
And that was the last thing I ever wanted.
I ran out of time.
