You close your eyes shut with a heavy heart, holding your breath and counting down as death awaits you… only to open your eyes and finding yourself back in bed three hours before.
AUTHOR'S NOTE: Hello readers! I know I've announced that I was going on hiatus, but I decided to post a foreword for this because I just had to get it published before I forgot all about it. I have a couple of things to say before updating this story any further... first of all, this story will DEFINITELY have a sequel to it. So if you do happen to like it, please do look forward to its sequel when it ends. Second, since I am in school, I will be updating this story VERY slowly due to the fact that Up and Away is still going on and that school is now in session. Finally, if any of you are interested in making a poster and background for this story, please feel free to! I would be more than happy to receive anything :)

Foreword
GUARDIAN OF TIME ⌛
Time (n.) - The indefinite continued progress of existence and events in the past, present, and future regarded as a whole.
Seo Yejin (you) – Born and raised within Busan and only Busan. She is nothing but generous and humble to just about anyone. She gives her effort to anything thrown at her. Although she comes off as gentle as a child, she is blunt beyond belief. Logical thinker and usually has a reasoning for just about everything.
Seo In Guk – Yejin’s older, athletic brother who often times overanalyzes situations. He knows how to get what he wants varying from women to materialistic items. He’s rather popular in the Busan district compared to Yejin, and secretly tries to raise her popularity just because he can.
Kim Jongin – A womanizing playboy who knows how to seduce any girl within talking distance. His “powers” fail to work on Yejin early in their friendship, which lead to their tight bond present day. He may break hearts of many, but he has his soft spot for unshakeable girls like Yejin.
Jung Taekwoon – Varsity soccer star who would seem to be outgoing and strident, but in reality is conservative and kept to himself. His introverted personality changes soon after meeting Yejin and Jongin and has the ability to speak up when appropriate.
Time waits for no one.
