Most of the time, people say that celebrating their 17th birthday is one of the most average and normal birthdays in their lives. No sweet sixteen, no eighteen roses, no grand parties, and no elegant dresses. Just a normal birthday party. Normal party, normal greetings, normal gifts, and a normal day of celebration.

Nothing special.

Like one of those important dates that means something to you, and you spend it by celebrating. Wake up, eat, celebrate, smile, open presents, then sleep. That's what normal people do on their 17th birthday.

But that's them.

Not me.

And that changes everything.
