As it says, this is the official opening to JannCakes (me) official short story competition where you can challenge your creativity and win some prizes! The prizes are not huge but they are sufficient enough! 

 

 

 

Prize Chart:

 

First Place: BoA's Japanese Deluxe Edition album (3 CD set),  one K-pop poster (choices between Big Bang, SHINee, SNSD, Super Junior, Miss A and 2NE1), two K-pop bracelets (choices of Big Bang, SHINee, T-Ara, FT Island, Super Junior, 2NE1, U-Kiss, B.A.P, Exo or SNSD) and two one shot story requests with any pairing of your choice.

Rules:

 

1. Your story must not exceed two chapters. It is a SHORT STORY competition, therefore it must be short. 

 

2. You must use the prompts provided otherwise you are inelligible to enter the contest.

 

3. You must specify that you are entering JannCakes Short Story Competition in the forward and provide a link leading back to the page.

 

4. You can use any pairing you want! This means that OC's are acceptable, although you are limited to two OC's. Yuri and pairings are acceptable.

 

5. Once you've posted your story (and followed the guidelines for the forward etc.), you must fill out the audition form below and post it as a comment.

 

6. You can write about any band that pleases you and even integrate bands together. I will not limit your creativity by forcing you to choose from a list and I will not be biased to bands I am more familiar with.

 

7. Your short story can be of any genre, meaning angst, , fluff, horror, comedy, fantasy etc. The only limitations you have are with the prompts.

 

8. Your title can be anything you want but please make your description revolve around your prompt.

 

9. In order to be recognized as a participant to this contest you must subscribe.
 

10. You are admitted ONE PASS until October 31. For details about the pass, and if you want to see what exactly a pass entails, please read the update in Chapter 3. Make sure to check back there regularly lest you want to miss out on new rules/details.
