Few weeks later ...
Hongki
" Cant get to sleep? " Jonghoon suddenly appeared beside me handing me a cup of milk
" You too? " I asked, taking the cup from his hand
" Yeah ... I'm worried about minhye, she seemed so abnormal " He said
All of the sudden, i felt so guilty and heartbroken at the same time. I don't know how long i've fallen in love with her but i guess that doesnt matter since it'll only be one-sided love right? I sighed and drank the milk.
" What about her? "
" I'm not sure too and this is definitely the first time " He stated
We fell in silence before he spoke again " Why can't you sleep? " He asked
" Hey, if there's a person among FT island who likes min, who will you opt for? " I asked, nervously
He looked at me and chuckled. " Yah! I know you like my dongsaeng for a very very long time .. " I was shocked when he said that.
" Hu ..h? What are you talking about? "
He took my hand " Your hand shakes when youre lying and or nervous, i've known you for years bro! & yes, i'd choose you because you're the one that she likes "
I shook my head " She likes GD hyung " I bluntly stated
" You're crazy .. really. " He shook his head in dismay
Jonghoon
Someone tell this kid that she likes him ... Fine, even i have to leave without talking to my dongsaeng for a month, i'll tell it to him.
" She likes neither GD hyung nor Heechul Hyung, that's for sure "
He looked at me, trying to find in his heart to believe me. " Look, dont say you heard from me ... or i will make sure you pay with me too okay? " He nodded and i began.
Flashback -
" Baby doll, let's talk " I pulled her to where we were sitting now
" Yes oppa? What is it you wanna say? " She asked smiling
" Who has been hiding in our princess's heart to make it so painful at times? "
I pulled her for a hug, with the both not saying anything.
" Hongki ... Lee Hongki " She blurt out
" You like hongki? " We broke apart from the hug
She looked at me sincerely and nodded like a child " Yes oppa, you won't be mad right? " She asked, pouting
" Of course not baby doll, why would i? Hongki's a great person ... are you unhappy because he's close with min? "
She shook her head " I'm not .. well, maybe a little but he likes min " Her eyes darted away
" He told you? "
" Nope .. " She shook her head
" .... then? "
" I guessed it " I gave the are-you-kidding-me look
" Do you trust me? "
" Of course! "
" Then believe me when i say he doesnt, alright? " She nodded and continued to pay attention to the sky
End of flashback -
" Are you serious? " Hongki asked
" Damn i am .. "
" Now go and confess to her " I punched him lightly on his arms
" Seriously? Do you think i should? "
I gave him the ''face'' and we both chuckled.
