"Thank you for coming, Seunghyun." Jiyong calmly said.

They were now sitting inside Jiyong's recording studio. Secluded and safe. Jiyong was wearing his casual clothes, a t-shirt and faded blue jeans. While Seunghyun, wearing his work attire, a full suit. It was awkward, and tension could be seen.

"Yes, no problem. So what's the news you want to tell me, Ji? Frankly, I don't have much time to deal with you." Seunghyun snapped. His tone sounded angry, because he knew that the news must be about his fiancee. His Dara.

I don't have much time to deal with you. Jiyong chuckled at Seunghyun's words. If he didn't have much time, so what about him? Seeing Seunghyun growing impatient, he then grabbed a file and handed it to Seunghyun. He then gestured Seunghyun to read it.

"What is this Jiyong? Are you kidding me?" Seunghyun practically screamed. He can't believe what he just read in the file. Jiyong...

"I'll be gone in one month, Seunghyun. Funny how life works, eh?" Jiyong joked bitterly.

"You. Have. Brain. Cancer?" Seunghyun emphasized on each word. The reality hasn't sunk in to his brain. He still can't believe the news.

"Yeah. Please, don't tell Dara. This is only between you and me, Seunghyun." Jiyong explained, carelessly.

They then sat in uncomfortable silence. Both didn't know what to say to each other after hearing such a big news. Seunghyun was still in shock, while Jiyong was giving Seunghyun time to process the news. 

"Can I have, one last wish?" Jiyong broke the silent hesitantly.

"It depends," Seunghyun answered half-heartedly. His gut feeling said that it will be about Dara. What else?

"Can I have... Two days with Dara? Because I don't think I'll make it to your wedding. I only want to spend some time with her, before... You know, that. Can I, Seunghyun? I promise you, nothing will happen." Jiyong pleaded. His eyes were full of sadness and his tone were hopeless.

Seunghyun thought over it. Two days with Dara? It's like handing his fiancee to another guy, right? What if, something will happen? Seunghyun had this internal battle inside his brain. But this was his fiancee's best friend, and his friend last wish. Was he that cruel and selfish not to grant it? He tried to assured himself that nothing will happen. Nothing bad will happen.

After what it seemed like ages to Jiyong, finally Seunghyun spoke up. "Okay, but you have to promise me that nothing will happen between the both of you. And, take care of Dara."

"Thank you, Seunghyun. Thank you for everything." Jiyong said, he tried to covered up regrets in his voice but failed miserably. Then, Jiyong got up and hugged Seunghyun.

"You're welcome, Ji."
