Yuri stares at the clock for 30 minutes thinking if they should wait for JaeJoong, after a while she receive a call from JaeJoong

‘JaeJoong! Finally you call! I’ve been calling you since just now!  Where are you now?? Do you know that everyone is waiting for you?! Changmin is going to die from hunger already!’ Yuri said

‘I’m not going back home for dinner today, don’t wait for me’ JaeJoong said

‘But… I… I…’ Yuri said

‘I got to go, bye’ JaeJoong said and hang up the call without waiting for her reply

What’s with that attitude??!! Kim JaeJoong! Fine! Don’t come back… I will not keep any single things for you! Not even white rice, I rather throw into the rubbish bin than giving you!!! That’s it!!! Don’t talk to me for the next 3 days!!!!

-At night-

JaeJoong came back home feeling very tired, the house is dark and everyone seems to be sleeping already…  He went to the kitchen and saw Junsu taking water from the fridge

‘Finally you came back… This time you’re so dead...’ Junsu said

‘Why?’ JaeJoong asked

‘Do you know today’s date?’ Junsu asked

JaeJoong nodded

‘Don’t tell me you forget today is your birthday?!’ Junsu asked  

‘Of course I remember… So?’ JaeJoong asked

‘Just now Yuri prepared a full table of food for you, all is your favorite dish. And she especially bakes a birthday cake for you as a surprise’ Junsu said

JaeJoong eyes widen with his jaw dropping,

‘She have been putting so many hard work in preparing, she even decorate the dining table with candles and fresh flower. After knowing that you are not coming back her attitude straight away changed, at first she’s happily waiting for you but after that she’s so scary that we don’t even dare to talk to her. You better be prepared, she’s so angry that she throw away all the leftover food and she even wants to throw away the cakes but luckily Yoochun is fast enough to save a piece of it for you. It’s in the fridge, finish it before Yuri found out’ Junsu said

‘! I didn’t know that she’s aware of my birthday! You guys should have informed me! If I know that she prepares all this for me I would definitely rush home!’ JaeJoong said

‘We want to give you a surprise too but who knows that you wouldn’t come back?’ Junsu said

‘She must be really angry...’ JaeJoong said

‘Now you should be worry about your present, I’m afraid she would also destroy it’ Junsu said

‘Present?? She even prepare a present for me??!!!’ JaeJoong asked

‘Yea… I don’t know what’s that but it’s a box that is nicely wrapped’ Junsu said

‘Aish… I must rescue it before she throws away! Thanks bro…’ JaeJoong said and slowly goes up the stairs

JaeJoong carefully open the door and notice that Yuri is already sleeping. He went into the room and closes the door without making any noise. He uses his phone as the torch light and starts to search for the present and very fast he found it lying in the rubbish bin.

On the other side Yuri was trying her best to sleep but she’s so angry that she can’t fall asleep, after a while she heard the sound of somebody coming into her room. She secretly peek under her blanket and saw JaeJoong searching for something. So she came out with a plan to scare him, slowly she remove the blanket and stand up without making any noise then she starts to walk towards him. When she’s about to reach out her hand to grab his shoulder she accidentally tripped and fell towards JaeJoong.

When JaeJoong is about to leave the room, someone suddenly flutter towards him and cause him to falls on the ground. Now Yuri is on top of JaeJoong, her head is resting on his chest and her hand is holding onto his shoulder. When she’s about to move away, he stops her by pulling her into his embrace. The scent of her shampoo is making his heart beat faster and he just wanted to stay a little longer in this position. 

‘Yah… Kim JaeJoong… Let go…’ Yuri said

‘Can we stay like this for a while?’ JaeJoong asked

The room is dark and quiet, they can’t see each other but they can feel each other heartbeat… Yuri stops struggling and just allows her heart to melt in his embrace.

‘I’m sorry; I didn’t know that you prepare so many things for me. It’s my fault for wasting your effort…’ JaeJoong said

 Under his strong arms and warm temperature, Yuri instantly forgets about how angry she is earlier on and she just can’t stop herself from forgiving him when he speaks to her so gently …

‘Yuri… I’m really happy that you care about my birthday… At first I thought that you wouldn’t know it, I didn’t aspect you to do so many things for me… Thanks...’ JaeJoong said

Yuri smile when hearing his words, her cheek is turning red and she feels really happy.

JaeJoong POV

Yuri, today I met her again; she’s having a hard time now... After all she’s my first love; I couldn’t leave her alone at that time… But I want to let you know that, I love you… I really love you… Can you hear the words in my heart? I don’t want to admit it but you’ve become so important in my life, please stay with me forever… I will wait for the day when you will walk to me from Yunho…

End of JaeJoong POV

JaeJoong hug Yuri tighter with one arm while stoking her hair gently… this is the first time he felt her heart beat so close to him… Now then he realizes that they are being too close to each other… The curve of her body is so good that it’s making him feel shy, with the addition of her scent and their position he start to feel nervous … He’s trying his best to cool down but his body is getting so hot and before he notice it his hand is already on her face touching her cheek while she’s looking at him shyly

What is he trying to do?? Hugging me so tightly in this position is already weird, why is he touching my cheek now?  It’s dark but through the moonlight from the window I can somehow see his face… He is looking at me now, and his lips… it’s so y… Gosh… what am I thinking about??!!!!!

Yuri pushes JaeJoong away before standing up and switching on the lights, both of them exchange a few stares nervously without saying anything. After a while JaeJoong break the awkward moment by starting the conversation

‘Luckily it’s still here, I’m really afraid that you will destroy my present’ JaeJoong said happily

‘Who says that I’m going to give you? You’re a thief to steal it from my room’ Yuri said

‘I don’t care, it’s on my hand now so it’s mine’ JaeJoong said with a grin

‘Fine, then it’s yours’ Yuri said while she lowered her head and chuckled

JaeJoong happily unwrapped the gift before opening the box and saw a beautiful shirt lying inside. He took out the shirt and then immediately took off his t-shirt and put on that shirt in front of Yuri which makes her blush to see his perfect body.

‘Wow, it fits me perfectly… You have been looking at my body a lot right? If not how did you know my size so well?’ JaeJoong said, purposely tease Yuri

‘I did not! I’m just guessing that you might be wearing this size’ Yuri said nervously

‘Then how much did you used to buy this? This must be really expansive?’ JaeJoong asked

‘It’s not something expensive… I made it myself… So it probably don’t worth any dollar’ Yuri said

‘You… made… this??! So… this few days I always see you hiding in the room drawing something is because of … this???’ JaeJoong asked, feeling very touched

Yuri nodded

‘Luckily I brought my sewing machine with me, if not I would need to buy a new one in order to make this’ Yuri said

JaeJoong hug Yuri happily

‘Thanks… It’s the best present that I’ve receive, I’ll treasure it forever’ JaeJoong said softly besides her ears

Yuri smile and push JaeJoong away gently

‘Don’t take the opportunity to always hug me… You ert’ Yuri said playfully

‘Don’t be so indifferent…’ JaeJoong said follow by a pout

‘I know that there’s anticipation behind your indifference. Just tell me directly, you enjoy being hold in my embrace… ’ JaeJoong said playfully

‘You’re sick… I’m going to sleep now so please get out’ Yuri said while trying not to blush

‘But I’m hungry… Somebody throws away all the leftover food so now I have nothing to eat’ JaeJoong said

‘What do you want to eat then?’ Yuri asked

‘Anything that you cook’ JaeJoong said happily

JaeJoong came out from shower and went to the kitchen, when he reach the dining table he saw a bowl of bibimbap and some other side dish that looks really delicious

‘I don’t have enough time to cook other things so just eat this for tonight’ Yuri said  

JaeJoong sit down and starts to eat, before this he had never thought that eating can be so blessed. At this time Yuri place a bowl of seaweed soup on the table

‘After all it’s your birthday so … I prepared seaweed soup for you… Finish it before 12 alright?’ Yuri said and point at the clock which shows 11:55pm

‘Yes Sir!’ JaeJoong said happily and start to drink the soup, the soup is warm and it does not only warm up his stomach but also his heart.

After that JaeJoong offers to wash the dishes together with Yuri, while they are happily washing the dishes together they didn’t know that Yunho is looking at them from far. And somehow, he felt jealous …
