Dead End Oblivion

Description

In a fantasy world there is a land made up of seven races, seperating themselves in kingdoms.  Racism had brought centuries of conflict upon the kingdoms, but, ironically, brings together seven young princes in a secret friendship.

Foreword

So, I had this very childish idea of U-Kiss members being princes that would not go away, and eventually became something way bigger in my head than I would have liked.  It got to the point where I just had to write it.

There are some things you should probably keep in mind before you start reading (although it's not super important; you can skip this if you think it's boring):

  • Although the kingdoms each represent "magic" elements, I don't plan on implimenting obvious magic into the story, although it is, overall, fantasy.  Just more subtle than that.
  • When I talk about races, I don't really mean the ones you think of on earth, where they form gradually as a result of evolution.  These are spontaneous, a.k.a. totally come out of no where.  There is absolutely no scientific explaination for their existence.  It's a flaw I really didn't bother to think of an explaination for, other than, "It was magic."
  • All of the U-KISS (I know they're really all you care about) members - all of the characters, really - are given Japanese names which they use at the beginning of the story.  So, if you see a name you don't recognize, please hang in there because, chances are, if I'm paying them any attention they're probably actually a member of U-KISS.  I don't have a real reason for the consistent theme of Japanese names throughout the story, since I imagine them in a more European setting.  I didn't come up with the names for each member myself, they came from this generator. 
  • Even though the setting resembles medieval Europe, it's not the same.  There are a lot of of modern elements, such as the way they talk and some modern technology.

All family members mentioned in this story are totally made up; including parents and siblings.  No one is intended to be based on real life except for the U-Kiss members themselves.

Not at all! Since you're revealing everyone with different names than what we're used to, slow is better, rather than dumping it all on us at once. lol! You're doing a great job. Plus I like longer stories. :D

Wow this was a great chapter. Jaeseop meets Dongho! It took me a moment to realize who Jaeseop saw because I haven't read this in a while lol. I wonder who they're recruit to their group next~
Oh and I don't mind if the future chapters are rated ^^

Hmmm, I'll take a guess and say Dongho? I can picture him because of this description you've set up, but then again it could be someone else lol. It makes me sad though, that he's had to live most of his life alone in a way :/
And don't worry, I'm patient when it comes to the plot development ^^

I think it's Dongho... or possibly Kiseop. I'm really confused though, so like... is he living in a different dimension? Or is he the only one alive in a world of ghosts? hmmm. Maybe he is really a ghost who thinks he's alive, or he's really in a comma and his brain is hooked up to a cyber computer making him think that he's actually living or...

This chapter was really good. I don't think you made Kevin a bad guy, he's reacting like any other person would in my opinion. And his attitude is from how he was raised - he can't help it. Looking forward to seeing their relationship progress and how they end up meeting the others ^^

Nice chapter. And Kevin totally gets angry sometimes. Everyone gets angry sometimes. The members have also said that Kevin acts the most different on and off camera. I get this feeling that Kevin isn't quite as innocent as he likes to portray himself on tv... :)
