I'm Not A Monster
I'm Not a Monster, Am I? (HIATUS)I sat there in this white leather chair, centered in the middle of this cold room. It was silent; I was alone.
I ran my fingers through my hair as the silence was tearing away at my sanity.
I looked up to see her. Her picture; her smiling face glancing at me. I smiled, but it faded as I remembered I was nothing more than a monster to her now.
Monster.
Everyone around me, stared at me with evil eyes. One attack after another. But, she was different. Her glances and smiles were pure when she saw me.
I wasn't a monster. I wasn't a scary being.
She uncovered the mask I had put on for people every single day. She broke the barrier and led herself into the hold in my heart.
But, this was all just a worn out memory now.
A monster was all I was now in her eyes.
"I think I'm sick.."
After I said those words, she turned her back to me and never looked back.
