‘You’re kidding me.’ Rose said incredulously shaking her head as I opened the dance studio door to let her out; I shrugged and shook my own head. Two days had passed since Zelo’s and I’s incident and I hadn’t seen him since, I had only just plucked up the courage to tell my best friend and she was having a hard time digesting all that had gone down. ‘He kissed you, just like that?’ the expression on her petite face was a mixture of confusion and what looked like anger, I shrugged again pulling my bag over my arm tightly,

‘Yeah…’ I forced out still unable to meet her eyes, I hadn’t told Bang what had happened yet as I was kind of hoping Himchan would have, I sighed at my own cowardice and gritted my teeth. And right on cue as if she could read my thoughts Rose asked me the question I was dreading,

‘What did you tell Yongguk?’ I frowned and tried to pick up my pace but was stopped as Rose grabbed hold of my wrist and tugged me back. ‘Hey! Don’t run away from me, if you can’t even tell me then who’re you ever going to tell?’ she had a point and that irked me, of all the times for her to be reasonable and logical she chose now, brilliant. I bit the inside of my cheek to stop the tears that threatened to make an appearance at any time now, the acrid and rusty taste of blood filled my mouth and made me feel ill. Finally I parted my lips,

‘I haven’t told him anything yet.’ Rose’s eyebrows raised and she opened her own mouth probably to scold and remind me that I should have told him of all people first, yeah well I didn’t want to hear that, not now. ‘What am I meant to say Rose?’ I asked with anger nipping into my tone causing her to shut tightly, which was probably enough but I continued anyway, ‘Answer me Rose!’ I was shouting by now as rage built throughout my body, ‘Yeah! I know what I’ll say, hey Bang! Guess what! You’re friend kissed me and you know what else! He’s in love with me!’ I wrenched my wrist back and wiped my face with a trembling hand, ‘I can’t Rose… I’ve already hurt Yongguk enough, this… This’ll kill him.’ We were standing just outside the dance studio and a few people looked across at us after hearing me yell but then quickly averted their gazes when they saw tears. Rose looked at me with her large eyes and sighed,

‘I can’t say I understand what you must be feeling Serena because I don’t, I’ve never been through what you’re going through now and a part of me wishes I had so I could help you in some way but I can’t.’ I cringed at her words but looked down at her meeting her eyes. ‘What you need is something fun to take your mind off of all this drama.’ She sifted through her handbag and pulled out two rectangle pieces of card and held them out to me, ‘This is for you.’ She said simply as I took one of the pieces from her, I rubbed my eyes trying to clear them as I looked down, the black piece of card read out: B.A.P Concert – 7:00pm-9:00pm 24^th March 2012. I read it over and over again in my mind then finally out loud trying to get it to sink in; these were concert tickets for B.A.P… I hadn’t seen them live, not yet, I was always too late or the website for the tickets would crash and I would miss out yet again, not this time. I looked up from the ticket and lifted Rose into a huge bear hug and spun her around popping her down when she complained of feeling sick.

‘Thank you so much Rose!’ I squealed kissing the ticket over and over, ‘How did you get them?!’ She smirked and started heading for our house,

‘Oh I have my ways,’ She said slyly as I skipped next to her and looped my arm through hers, ‘you better tell Yongguk his girl’s gonna be there.’ She laughed as I literally danced into our house; I dropped my bag on the floor and shimmied my way into the kitchen bobbing my head as I pressed play on my iPod and started singing to ‘Man Man Ha Ni’ by U-Kiss, it was my favourite song by them and I loved their dancing in the music video although admittedly my eyes were always focused on either Soohyun or Kevin. I was so busy crisscrossing my ankles over each other and moving my head in circular motions that I didn’t notice Rose had left to go upstairs or when the front door opened and Bang walked in.

‘You only want hot love Baby girl.’ I heard a deep voice sing in time with the music, I stopped dancing only to stumble over my own feet and start falling backwards, great I was gonna fall and land smack on my and end up having another bruise. Only this time I didn’t hit the floor, I fell into Bang’s open arms and we both slumped to the floor, him taking most of the force as I landed on top of him. I heard a chuckle escape his lips, ‘You keep teasing me.’ he sang making me laugh.

‘A true performer to the end.’ I teased turning over to face him.
