Lost Memories - The Knave
KyuWook - Kyuhyun in WonderlandThe Knave
He was born in a rich family, far from the problems of the Hatter’s friends, far from trouble and loneliness. His family was rich, united, strong, and had the support of the King. He learned to read, write, count, ride a horse, use a sword and please the King, until he was aged of 15 years old. That year, the Prince was born, and the Knave had been assigned to his protection and service. The Prince was a very special person. Used to be obeyed at all times, he started terrorizing the country before even getting on the throne. When he became the King, he was 13 years old, and he had made his Knave kill the last King.
“Off with his head”, he had whispered to Han Geng, and the Knave had no other choice but to do what his master had told him to do.
Right before he had cut the previous King’s head, he had heard his last words:
“It’s too bad that the Mad Hatter made me realize the burden of power too late. I could never teach Henry this new knowledge he gave me. Being the King is not only full of rights, but also full of duties. The only regret I have is that I could never teach it to my son. One day will come when you will have to choose, Knave. Kill the master, or help him.”
“Of course I will help him”, he had growled before swinging his sword. And the previous King had died with a smile on his lips.
After that, the Knave spent most of his time chasing the Mad Hatter and his friends. The King wanted them working for him, or dead. He spent a lot of time trying to capture the Mad Hatter, knowing that, if he could make him work for the King, everyone else would also accept to work. He only ended up being able to capture - for two minutes - the Second Twin, and he had to let go of him after a young enraged man had jumped on him fearlessly to punch him non-stop. He had eventually been able to push him away, but at that moment he had received an enormous book in the face. Surprised but also a bit hurt, he only had the time to see a madly furious Hare throwing Bibles at him, an unhappy White Rabbit starting to practice martial arts on him, and a scary Cat smiling crazily in his face. He had run away under the beaming smile of the future Hatter, and the mysterious but satisfied smile of the Mad Hatter.
When the Mad Hatter had disappeared after destroying the entire castle, he had decided that he would capture all of the friends at any cost. For his King. For his master.
