☁ You Game?^◕◕♡ Won Jungeum has always been a little bit unique. She's not afraid to let the world know that she's different. Her fashion, her quirky attitude, and even her name are somewhat "acquired tastes", so it comes as no surprise that she has a hard time adjusting when she transfers to a new high school. Before she knows it, she has been unwittingly dragged into the world of online gaming by her only friend at her new school, Kim Myungsoo. She joins the school's nerdy, informal gaming club, INFINITE, in their quest to become the best players in Renascence Online.

Renascence Online is a breakthrough MMORPG that has a continuously growing fanbase. The technology is based off of LEAP, something comparable to a higher precision, 3D Kinect. Released less than a year ago, the graphics are lifelike and the character movement is nearly identical to the player. The game is playable as an average aim, click, kill MMO, but its true beauty is only shown when using the proper equipment.

Though still maintaining the familiar gameplay of dungeons, guilds, quests, and parties, Renascence Online gives the players a new refreshing competitive experience. Each time new content is released, a goal is set. The first guild, party, or solo player to reach each goal is rewarded with both in-game and real life prizes. Though, as said before, the game holds its own dungeons, the construction of the worlds, or planets, is similar to a tower dungeon. As you travel farther from the starting point, the difficulty increases. This comes into effect when a character's health is depleted. Instead of dying, a character is simply "saved" and taken to the heavenly planet under the care of Baekhyun. There, he or she can opt to expend an extra amount of experience to teleport back to a planet of their choice. Of course, he or she can save their experience and fight their way back through the planets.

The club INFINITE came across the game Renascence Online through their leader and fatherly figure, Sunggyu. Sunggyu discovered the game during its earliest days and was chosen as a closed beta tester. The group had always been gamers, but they had never grown particularly invested in anything. When Sunggyu told them of the goals and rewards system, all of them were immediately overjoyed. 

INFINITE spent almost half of a year saving up for equipment. They had just finished purchasing their eighth virtual reality helmet, when they realized that they didn't have a complete team. They had a healer, a tank, and pretty much every possible damage class, but they did not have a puller. The seven immediately began searching for their eighth and final member. This is where our story begins, and this is where Kim Myungsoo meets Won Jungeum.
