They said that confessing to someone is a hard thing to do,you will think if he/she reject you or accept you at the same time you will fell nervous but after telling what you want to say and wait for his/her answer if its reject or accept you.If you got accepted you will feel the happiest person in the world but if you got rejected you will say its ok were still friends.But for him he will accept what answer he will recieve just to tell his feelings to her and dont regret everything .
