I miss you.
And I want you.”

“And now, we’ll be playing Too Perfect by Super Junior M. It seems that they have come back stronger than ever after the absence of some members, and their album sales are rocketing. Super Junior M is planned to comeback on Music Core next week…”
Jaejoong turned off the radio and spun the steering wheel swiftly, pressing on the brake as a line of cars became stuck in a traffic jam. Staring at his phone, which was sitting silently in his cup holder, he wondered what ______ was up to lately. She’d been quiet all week, and he hadn’t said a word to her ever since the vacation. Though they had exchanged numbers, for the last few days in Vancouver, she’d been strangely quiet and hadn’t even revolted when Jaejoong bothered her.
Was something wrong? Did she discover-
Impossible. She didn’t know anything. Don’t even think about it.
Jaejoong tried his hardest not to think of a worst-case scenario, and grabbed his phone. The line was taking awfully long, and he wondered if she should text her and see if they could get together. He’d been practising his dances and stretching out his vocals all week, and his manager had let him have a break for the rest of the weekend. Tapping the screen, the cell phone lit up, and he scrolled down to his contact list. He smiled as he looked under the title “My Girlfriend” and found the name Jung ________.
If only it were true.
His fingers flew across the screen as he typed to her.
Lunch at the park, 12:00 PM sharp. I’ll bring food. Don’t make me wait.
Throwing his phone on to the passenger seat, his eyes widened when he realized that he’d gotten a reply so soon.
you.
He smiled.
I know you’ll be there, sweetheart.
He grinned, and checked his watch. It was a quarter to twelve, and if he was going to make it to the restaurant, he’d better make a quick getaway. Making a sharp U-Turn, and ignoring the heated honks that followed, he drove into the nearest parking lot. Gunning the engine, he steered on to a back street, and was about to make a right turn, when he saw a body lying on the ground, surrounded by a crowd. They seemed like they’d just arrived, and as the boy shuddered on the pavement, Jaejoong quickly stopped the car and ran over to him.
“That poor boy, this always happens-“
“We have to help him-“
The bangs, dyed a fiery bleach-blonde colour, were unmistakeable.
