Yesung hated how people always compared him to his friends, claiming him to be the odd one out in his group. They were handsome, charming, friendly and charismatic. He was almost the complete opposite; quirky, awkward and distant.  Of course his own friends assured him that these were his best qualities, but he found it hard to believe.  This fact was made even more obvious by girls fawning over his friends and he was forever in the background, helping them looking more than a little lonely.  They had a million and one phone numbers of many girls stored into the phones and he had one, his mother.  What made the situation worse was that his friends were forever dating, they weren’t players but they were naturally popular with the ladies. He’d never had a date and yet he often found himself dragged along to them to play out the role of the annoying third wheel. 

That all changed one day.  That day was just before his second year of high school started.  When a girl ran into him, literally.  Then to his shock, she handed him her number before running away.
