“What do you mean she only has two weeks left?” Kyungsoo asked.
“That’s what it says on her files.” You told him.
“Eunhae, don’t lie to me-“
“What? You really think I would lie about such a thing?” You questioned. Kyungsoo looked at you and saw that your expression was serious.

The two of you were seated on the bench outside of the hospital. Kyungsoo placed his face in his palms. You didn’t know how to comfort him so you placed a hand on his shoulder. “Kyungsoo…”
“It’s all ruined…” Kyungsoo suddenly spoke. You froze,
“What do you mean?”
“Everything, everything’s ruined.” Kyungsoo said.
“What’s ruined?” You asked again clueless. 
“My mum, me…and” Kyungsoo sat up properly and turned his head to look at you *and you*.
“And?”
Kyungsoo shook his head, “Never mind.”

Once again it became silent between you two, however you didn’t mind. You let Kyungsoo sit in silence while you just payed attention to the atmosphere, the breeze was cool, you could hear the sound of the cars passing by on the high way. While you were in your own world Kyungsoo was deep in his thoughts.
“I’m sorry.” Kyungsoo suddenly spoke.
“What?” You were shocked this time.
“I’m sorry.” Kyungsoo repeated himself.
“For what?”
“Everything.”
