CHAPTER FIVE

 

[DARA’s POV]

 

“Please don’t act like that.” I blurt out bluntly.

 

He look at me quizzically.

 

I frowned.

 

“I am going out with Jiyong.” I told him while looking at his eyes.

 

He smiled.

 

“ ’The-girl-I-like-already-has-a-boyfriend’ that kind of reason isn’t going to make me give-up.” He said nonchalantly while smirking.

 

Somehow my knuckles want to give him the reason that will make him give up.

 

But I held it in.

 

I heaved a deep sigh.

 

I just hope that my patience is enough for him.

 

He’s Jiyong’s sunbae.

 

RESPECT.

 

That will be my mantra from now on.

 

I frowned. This guy is a serious nutcase.

 

He chuckled.

 

I glared at him.

 

“ You ask why? Simple. It’s obvious that I am better than him. I’m taller.  I have better looks. My soccer playing is also good, FYI I am the captain… and in terms of academics I’m currently leading.” He cockily informed me with a wide grin spreading on his weird face.

 

I swear my knuckles twitch once again. I held my hands tighter.

 

I heaved another sigh.

 

“I’m sorry… but I will only cheer for Jiyong… That’s all.” I said to him with finality and I started walking away.

 

“About the upcoming competition!” He yelled.

 

Those words stop my tracks.

 

I look back at him with a blank face.

 

He grinned at me.

 

“I can ask the coach to let Jiyong be a starting player.” He said in a mischievous way.

 

That took my attention.

 

“That! Is if… you cooperate with me.” He finished with his irritating smile.

 

I swallowed the lump on my throat.

 

I sighed

[JIYONG’s POV]

 

“Where did she go?” he asked Bom while continuously scanning the whole area for his angel.

 

“Over there! Come take a look.” Bom told him in her usual cold voice.

 

Jiyong look at the place she’s pointing at.

 

His eyes widened.

 

“Dara!” Top hyung said to her sweetly.

 

“TOP OPPA!” Dara returned with a cheesy smile.

 

Jiyong cleared his ears, he closes and open his eyes. Did he heard it right?

 

He thinks he’s hallucinating or something.

 

He pinch his arms.

 

. He’s not hallucinating,  I think I’m on my worst nightmare.

 

“TOP Oppa let me help you stitch up the part of your clothes where it’s torn.” She said with aegyo

 

“Oohhh… you’re so nice!” he replied while batting his eyes.

 

“TOP Oppa can you help me with these questions?” she asked him while pouting.

 

“You can ask me anything.” He said with a childish grin.

 

“TOP oppa good luck on your practice!” she said while smiling sweetly towards him.

 

“Thank you angel!” he replied with his charming smile.

This is not a good dream.

 

“Do you want me to slap you or something?” Bom break my reverence.

 

I look at her. I gasped.

 

I’m not dreaming. “No Thanks.” I replied to her then I stared at the girl whose not being herself right now.

 

What did TOP hyung did?
