It's Wataachi no Shiawase na Jikan - one of my most favorite mangas :)
"The man appeared beside me and whispered
if I knew how it sounded if a human head was crushed. I turned to him in fear and without thinking
I took the woman's umbrella which she had round her wrist and stabbed it through that man's eye.
Then I noticed screaming and turned around. The train arrived and to my horror the woman and her
child were down on the rails right in front of the arriving train. I closed my eyes as the cracking sound
ringed through my ears. Crying I looked at the scene in front of me."
