Description
After his shapeshifter is stolen from him in broad daylight at the market square, Soohyun nearly exhausts his resources trying to find her to no avail. Soohyun’s secondhand men convince him to give up the search for the shapeshifter in order to focus on the problem at hand: The Counsel, the centuries old governing body of the inhabitants of The City.
The Counsel’s rule has become unbearable. The citizens of The City fear for their lives, their safety, and their well-being. The Guards take what they want and treat anyone non-royalty like trash.
As the leader of the Vampire Reconstruction, he’s the number one target of The Counsel. The Guards follow him around, waiting for him to make a mistake and reveal himself as the leader. It was common knowledge Soohyun led the Vampire Reconstruction, but no one had actually seen him in action.
On one of his daily walks through town, he sees Guards chasing after you. He discretely (as discretely as he can in an open market) takes care of the Guards chasing you and hides you in his house, where he finds out you are a witch escaped from the castle.
Set on revenge for your fallen friends, you plot with Soohyun to overthrow The Counsel by means of their own ridiculous law:
If a vampire manages to destroy at least half The Counsel in one night, he or she will become the new king. The Counsel has spoken.
The only problem was figuring out who the members of The Counsel were since no one had seen their faces all at once and lived.

Story number two in the Shift series. This story will center around U-KISS. I'm quite a fan of Doradora. I like the dance to it, and omg, Kiseop should not be allowed to lift up his shirt while doing body waves more than once. My U-KISS bias is Hoon, but... my Kiseop feels lol. Soohyun and Kiseop were my original biases until he came along.
y times? Maybe. (But you know, knowing me...)
Do not plagiarize blah blah blah break your legs blah blah blah.
