Hyoyeon’s POV

I’m kinda bored today. I wonder where Eunhyuk oppa is? I haven’t seen him today. He must be late or in the principal’s office. I just can’t wait to see him! I hope he feels the same way for me.

 

“alright, listen everyone” the teacher began. All eyes are on him since the teacher that’s in front of us is to be the terror teacher.

 

“today, we will have a new student. Pls welcome him” he said. I face lit up when I saw Eunhyuk oppa.

 

“annyeong hasayo! I’m Lee HyukJae or Eunhyuk. Pls take care of me” he introduced himself and bowed.

 

“ok, so Mr. Lee, pls sit beside Ms. Kim.” The teacher said pointing at the empty seat beside me

 

Kyaahhhh!!!! Is this a fantasy or real!!!??? Hyuk oppa is sitting beside me!! Kyaaahhhh!!!! I’m so happy!! Thank you very much, terror teacher!!

 

 

Eunhyuk’s POV

After I introduced myself in front of the class, the teacher told me to sit beside Hyoyeon. I felt so happy since I get to sit beside my childhood friend. I sat down and the class continued.

 

~ring ring ring~

Finally! The bell arrived! I stood up and went near to Hyoyeon.

 

“hey, Hyo! Can I join you for lunch?” I asked

 

“sure! I’ll introduce you to my friends” she replied while showing a bright smile

-cafeteria-

“hey, guys! This is Eunhyuk oppa. Oppa, this are my friends, Taeyeon unnie, Jessica unnie, Yuri and Yoona” she gladly introduced her friends to me. they smiled at me and I smiled back. They are so nice and we mostly shared a lot in common

 

 

Key’s POV

I kept on glancing on the table to where Hyoyeon is. I’ve been doing this since this morning when that HyukJae introduced himself

 

“hyung!” Taemin called me

 

“what?” I asked without taking my eyes off hyoyeon

 

“why are you looking at hyoyeon unnie?” he asked. I suddenly felt myself blushing

 

“hehehe! You’re jealous of that new guy, right” he added giving me a creepy smile

 

“a-aniyo! Why would I be?” I denied and turned away from hyoyeon and her friends

 

“liar liar pants on fire!!” the maknae teased.

 

“hey, guys what’s up?” Minho arrived followed by Onew hyung and Jonghyun hyung

 

“nothing.” I stood up. But before I was out of sight I gave Taemin a look that says “tell them or you’ll be dead”

 

Jonghyun’s POV

I wonder whats wrong with Key. I asked Taemin and he just shrugged.

 

“by the way, jonghyun, how come we saw Jessica at the rooftop garden with you this morning?” Onew asked as he took a bite of his precious chicken “and why you’re having bruises?”

 

“oh, that….” I began

 

-flashback-

Jonghyun’s POV

 

I watch Jessica walked out of the classroom. I noticed that she left her notebook. I grabbed the notebook and headed outside. I scanned the hallways and I saw her being held tightly by Taecyeon, one of the meanest students here at SM Academy

 

“yah! Let her go!” I shouted

 

“mind your business, you ugly dino!” taecyeon spatted. WTF! Ugly dino!? FYI, I’m one handsome, y and hot Dino!! Not ugly for pete’s sake!!

 

“what the hell did you just call me!?” my eyes grew wider

 

“I said mind your….PAK” I didn’t let him finish his sentence and punched him straightly in the face. He let go of Jessica and prepared to attack me

 

Noone’s POV

While the two boys fought Jessica was just standing there watching in horror. She couldn’t move. It seems like her brain tells her to go but her body won’t move. She continued watching in horror. Her eyes grew wider as he saw Jonghyun bleeding. Taecyeon, too was already bleeding but it seems like her brain is teling her not to worry about him

 

After the fight, Jonghyun immediately grab Sica’s hand and headed to the rooftop garden

 

Jonghyun’s POV

I grabbed Sica’s hand and headed to the rooftop garden. When we reached there she immediately let go

 

“stay here for a while. You might be in trouble with that Taecyeon” I said and she just simply nodded. Gee, she’s an ice princess, but how come she’s scared of that Ok Taecyeon?

 

I kept on whimpering in pain as I held my stomach which was punched several times

 

“are you ok?” she asked worriedly

 

“of course not, you pabo! If I was I wouldn’t be whimpering in pain!” I replied sarcastically

 

“yah! Don’t call me a pabo! You’re the pabo since you punched Taecyeon first! You should have just let me handle the situation and mind your business!” she told me

 

“just a simple thank you would be okay, you know!”

 

“yeah, yeah! Come here and let me mend that bruise in your stomach” she said and ordered me to take off my shirt

 

Jessica’s POV

Omo! Hi abs! I couldn’t take my eyes off it.

“like what you see?” he teased. I snapped back in reality and started on curing the bruises

 

“Jessica, can I protect you?” he asked suddenly. I looked up and my eyes grew wide

 

“I want to protect you.” He added

 

I kept silent and continued curing his bruises

 

-end of flashback and Jessica’s POV

 

Jonghyun’s POV

“what!? You actually said that!?” their eyes grew wide after hearing my story.

 

To tell the truth, I am serious. I want to protect her. When I saw how Taecyeon held on her tightly it made my blood boil that I don’t know why.

 

“yeah. And I’m serious of it.” I said and took a bite of my salad

Noone’s POV

Minho was walking home when he heard a piercing scream

 

“AAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!!”

 

He followed the scream which led him to a dark alleyway. He saw Yuri being laid down, her clothes almost torn. He was furious. He approached the drunk bastard and immediately punched his face.

 

Yuri’s POV

The drunk bastard was already ripping my clothes off. I screamed my loudest hoping someone would come and rescue me. I cried silently and closed my eyes.

 

PAK

 

I opened my eyes and saw the drunk bastard on the floor bleeding. I looked up and saw Minho.

 

“Yuri, are you okay?” he approached me. I only nodded since I was still so scared.

 

“ride on my back.” He said and turned around, his back facing me. I hopped on it and we went away from the alley, but he gave the drunk one hard stomp on the stomach.

 

Minho’s POV

 

-Minho’s house-

“minho! Who’s she? And what happened? Why are her clothes torn?” Sooyoung noona immediately bombarded me with questions

 

“noona, she’s Yuri, my study partner. And she was almost ” I explained

 

“???” sooyoung noona shrieked her eyes grew wide

 

“almost .” I corrected

 

“ok. Get her up in my room and I’ll take care of her” she said and I headed to her room

-Sooyoung’s room-

“just wait here. She’ll take care of you.” I said and went out of the room

 

Sooyoung’s POV

I entered my room and saw the girl sitting on the edge of my bed. By the look on her face, I can say that she was still scared and could not get over to what happened to her.

 

I lend her some of my clothes. Good thing some of my clothes fit her.

 

“I’m Sooyoung. Minho’s older sister.”  I introduced myself as I lend my hand

 

“Yuri” she said and shook my hand

 

We talked and shared common things about each other. I learned that she’s intelligent and is currently the study partner of my brother

 

-knock knock-

“noona! Umma, needs your help in the kitchen.” Minho said. I stood up and left the two behind

 

Yuri’s POV

 

“your sister is nice.” I complimented breaking the awkward silence

 

“yeah. She is. Are you okay now?” he asked

“yeah. Thanks for rescuing me” I smiled. He smiled back

 

Omo! What is this? Why is my heart racing? His smile is so charming. So sweet. Omo

 

“no problem. Starting tomorrow I’ll protect you.” He said and went out of the room

 

What did he just said? he’ll protect me? suddenly I felt myself smiling and my heart began to race again. Am I falling in love? Just because he saved me, I’m starting to fall in love? No. I brushed away the feeling and headed downstairs.

 

I’ll Protect You….. his words echoed on my mind
