Yesung: “Yoona?”

Yoona: “is that true?” Yoona’s eyes are already teary

Minho: “Yoona, I can explain”

Yoona: “I’m asking you if it’s true”

Silence means yes since Minho can’t admit to her that it’s true so Yoona runs away with tears flowing in her eyes but Minho chases her. Even though Yoona is still running away outside the venue of the party, Minho is still able to stop her and he grabs her left arm tightly so she won’t get away

Minho: “let me explain” Yoona turns around and she slaps him in his face

Yoona: “explain? There’s nothing to explain and I think I’ve already heard enough”

Minho: “what you heard is…”

Yoona: “oh. So, there are still lies left that I didn’t hear?”

Minho: “I didn’t lie to you. I just….”

Yoona: “you were pretending to be a good boy to make me believe that you’ve changed so that it’ll be easier for you to get what you want. I thought you are a sweet, caring and nice guy but you’re a big liar and nothing but a selfish person”

Minho: “I know and I keep on regretting that I made that kind of mistake because I don’t want you to get hurt because I lied to you”

Yoona: “since when did you care about my feelings? And don’t forget, I’m not the only one that you’ve hurt and I know that you know that”

Minho: “can you please here what I am going to stay?”

Yoona: “do you already have a lie that you’re going to tell me again? Don’t worry, I won’t say anything to Halmonee if that’s what you’re going to say” she removes Minho’s grip and she gets inside the taxi

Minho: “Yoona!” Minho punches the wall beside him.

Yoona arrives in her house and Taeyeon saw her crying

Taeyeon: “what happened?”

Yoona: “I thought everything he is now is real”

Taeyeon: “are you talking about Minho?”

Yoona: “he lied to me. He’s just a fake and selfish rich guy”

Taeyeon: “then why are you crying?”

Yoona: “what do you mean?”

Taeyeon: “do you love him?”

Yoona: “what?!”

Taeyeon: “if you don’t love him, you don’t care if he lied to you and you shouldn’t be crying”

Yoona: “I don’t love him! I’m crying because…” tears starts to flow in Yoona’s eyes again

Taeyeon: “this is what I am afraid of. I already told you before that you have to be careful because you might learn to love him. You said that you will never fall for him but now, you’re hurt because of that guy” Taeyeon is wiping Yoona’s tears

Yoona: “Taeyeon… I don’t know why I even fell in love with him”

Taeyeon: “You fell in love for who he’s not”

Yoona: “and that’s the worst part of it” ~sobbing~

In the Choi’s residence

Minho: “I have to make things right” he rushes into his grandma’s room

Halmonee: “why are you here?”

Minho: “I’m sorry Halmonee”

Halmonee: “there’s nothing to be sorry for”

Minho: “I’m such a bad person. I heard you and Mr. Kim talking about the reason why you want Yoona and me to get married so I lied not just to her but also to you and to other people. I acted that I’m slowly changing into a better person because I thought that maybe that’s the easier way so that I can be the president of the company and that’s the only thing I cared about but that was before I knew who Yoona really is. When I was pretending, I learned lots of things from her and I found out that every good thing that I’ve done even though it was just an acting made me feel great and happy so, I decided to stop the lie that I keep on doing and just completely be that kind of person because I started to love what I’ve become, I started to love the great and helpful things that I can do and I started to love the person that made me be like that”

Halmonee: “I’m so proud of you”

Minho: “you’re not mad?”

Halmonee: “why would I be mad? Even though you lied, you changed because of your own lie. I already knew that you really changed because I an see it in your eyes and i can feel it and the Minho, 9 years ago, is finally back and you’re experiencing your karma now”

Minho: “Thank you so much for believing in me Halmonee. I’m also here to tell you that I want to marry Yoona”

Halmonee: “I’m sorry, that seems to be impossible”

Minho: “let me marry her and I’ll withdraw myself from competing against hyung for your position”

Halmonee: “you’re giving up your dream since you were a child for Yoona. Is that how much you love her?”
