"It's like this. 1, 2... 3,4... 5, 6... 7 and 8." I demonstrated for her as she followed along. Better, but it's still not right.. Guess I'll have to touch her. Gross.

I look at the reflection as I taught ____ how to do the move properly. Her hair in a messy bun, her bangs cascade down her forehead stopping right before reaching her eyes. Her hair sticking to her face because of the sweat. Oh, it's stuck to her cheek.

 

I don't know what made me do it. I took the piece of hair stuck to her cheek and swept it behind her ear. She was startled and so was I.

Today's our second practice for the Fall Festival performance. No cameras watching our every move, no one at all. Just me and ___. Great. 

 

Maybe we should just adjust the song lyrics today. Let our muscles rest.

 

"Morning", she walked in and greeted me with one of those sharp, straight to the point type of thing. "Good morning," I replied. We were in one of the SM classrooms where they taught everyone different languages.

 

"What are we doing today? Dance? Lyrics? Both?" She looked so tired, did she stay up late last night? Did she have a late night schedule? Did she skip meals?

 

Yah, Kim Jongin. It's not of your business. You don't even care. Yes, you do.

 

"We should just do lyrics and rest our bodies for today, you look like you need it anyway." Did that sound rude? Hm, I don't think so. "What's that supposed to mean?" Oops, I didn't mean to offend her.

 

She sighed, "Let's just start." She took out her laptop as I took out my own as well. We both opened up the lyrics to What is Love and skimmed over lyrics trying to figure out what we should do. "I think we should just leave the lyrics alone. Maybe just change the parts like ''All the guys in the  na na na~" to "All the girls in na na na~" if I were to sing one of those parts."

 

"Sounds good," I nodded in agreement. "We can just split the lyrics so that any of the parts where it's a guys point of view, I'll sing. And alternates you can sing." It was her turn to nod. 

 

About an hour and a half later, we finish splitting all the parts and adlibs.
