Twenty three is the name of the place. Why is it called Twenty-three? Its represent the year that we're in, the year that this place been made. 23 is a home for those who need a place to stay. What's there more to say? Oh, we have lots of fun templates to be use and lots of fcs available! We strive to be a place that everyone can settle in and relax. Be it you running away from someone or life, 23 will always welcome you with open arms.

guidelines
1. Only accepting faceclaims born on 2002 and later. You, as well need to be on legal age. Do not lie to us about it please /srs. Once their birthday passed, you may reserve their fcs. 
2. One account only. If found out someone is double-accounting or more, immediate kickout for all accounts. This is also a closed roleplay. Any interaction outside the place is not allowed.
3. We accept all Asian faceclaims. Do provide us with their social handle so we can verify them.
4. This is a non-AU and roleplay but refrain yourself from posting rated content without a warning beforehand.
5. OOC posting is not allowed. Don't mention any triggering topics and you should include trigger warnings as necessary.
6. Post every after 4 days. Base will give a warning on the 5th day, and if still inactive by the 6th day shall result in a kickout.
7. Dating ban of 12 days after both people joining the roleplay. Move in couples are allowed, just inform us under your application.
8. All ual orientations are allowed. No pregnancy allowed to prevent unnecessary stress & drama.
9. TCC and CCs are allowed after arrival; with a cooldown period of 14 days after the change. TCCs last for 5 days.
10. Hiatus/semi hiatus are allowed but with a maximum of two weeks. Rizz us up with a pickup line. Posting every after or before 6 days while you're on hiatus is a must.
11. Interact with everyone by commenting on posts, liking or responding to their story game. There’s nothing wrong to befriend anyone despite having a partner or group friends. We cannot stop anyone from forming cliques but let’s avoid selective replies and bubble roleplaying.
12. Any complaints or questions, feel free to approach base so we could help you with what you need.
13.If your account got eaten up by IG or disable, don't hesitate to dm us here in aff to let us know.
