RULES & REGULATIONS
station: universe is a semi-literate, non-au roleplay based on mewe - a station of communication for faceclaims affiliated with the korean entertainment industry. we aim to provide an inclusive, safe space for everyone to write their muses, and promote healthy interactions within the community through writing prompts, game nights and many more!
in order to ensure that everyone enjoys their stay in the community, we kindly ask to read the station’s guidelines before you apply to join. all guidelines are subject to change depending on the community’s growth and at the admins’ discretion, so please be sure to check any announcements for updates. admin duties and responses are done at our earliest convenience, so please do give us some time to get back to you.

general.
• we accept all active faceclaims in the korean entertainment industry (including idol groups, industry professionals, soloists, actors and models) with the following exceptions: internet personalities/influencers, anyone who is/has been currently involved in scandals or have explicitly mentioned that they do not wish to be roleplayed. if you are unsure about whether your faceclaim is allowed or not, please reach out to us via the ask box.
• when joining the station, all muns and muses over the age of nineteen (international age) as there is an option to join a group upon acceptance. lying about your age will result in being blacklisted from the station. • each mun is allowed a total of two (2) muses within the station. applying for a second muse is allowed two (2) weeks after your first muse and with good activity standing. please ensure to contact the admin account for approval prior to sending your application, sending an application without approval from the admin team may result in denial.
• we ask everyone for mutual respect and to be kind to fellow typists. basic roleplay etiquette is mandatory when joining the station: mixing of ic and ooc matters, god-modding and/or metagaming are prohibited; we also ask that you depict your muse as accurately as possible when you join us.
• station: universe operates on a three strike system: all strikes are handled on a case-by-case basis as no two situations are exactly alike and subject to mod discretion. there is a zero tolerance policy for bullying, harassment or hate speech of any kind and may be grounds for instant removal and blacklist from the community. groundless criticism will not be entertained from anonymous asks on our tumblr, nor from anonymous communities. if you have suggestions, constructive criticism or a question, please, feel free to reach out to the admin account and we’ll try our best to incorporate changes for everyone to enjoy their stay in the community.
application and acceptance.
• any reservation sent through tumblr asks or direct messages are valid for forty-eight (48) hours from the time they are posted on the main blog.
• anonymous reservations are accepted; be sure to include a reservation password of your choice (this is separate from the application password) and state it on your application to identify your reservation.
• reservations are processed daily, while acceptances are processed every tuesday, thursday and saturday. members are welcomed and introduced to the groups every monday, wednesday, friday and sunday if possible.
• please provide a form of ooc contact when filling our application form. we accept personal tumblr, twitter and aff accounts that are more than six (6) months old and show some amount of activity throughout the months. direct/private messaging must be enabled so that the admin team can contact you ooc-ly about your app if necessary.
after applying.
• after your application has been accepted, you will have forty-eight (48) hours to add the admin account and accept the invitations to all groups.
• once you have been welcomed into the community, you have forty-eight (48) hours to post your introduction post in the corresponding group and an initial timeline post on the feed. as a new member, the initial timeline and introduction posts will act as your first activity check proof.
mewe account guidelines.
• your account must state the muse’s full name. a mix of stage/full names or the use of special character fonts are prohibited. (i.e., jennie kim/kim jennie is allowed, kim kai will not be accepted).
• your profile and contact list must be visible to all members of the community. in a situation where you realize that softblocking has occurred, please reach out to the admin team so that we can resolve the issue. repeated softblocking or unfriending a member of the community without reason may result in a strike.
• please make sure to add the earth emoji or ‘station: universe’ somewhere on your profile. muse biographies are optional but highly encouraged! your application p𝖺𝗌𝗌𝗐ord should be ‘saturn’. however, please do not plagiarize other muses’ profiles, formatting or edits; any proven plagiarism will result in immediate removal from the community.
• timeline posts must be accompanied with a ‘sns handle’ unique to your muse. you may use your muse’s current existing sns handles, or come up with an entirely new handle.
• feed preferences must be set to new posts for both groups and timeline. if you meet any troubles setting this up, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will help you out!
activity standards / within the community.
• all members must be publicly active in order to maintain their spot in the community; the overseer will conduct activity checks every two weeks.
• activity checks are self-reported through a google form shared in the updates group. all necessary information is shared in the announcement and consists of the following requirements:
1. one (1) timeline post. 2. five (5) comments on other people’s posts in the community - these can be from a mix of timeline and intro posts but must occur on at least two (2) different days in the activity check period.
• please do not bubble roleplay. be inclusive to both old and new members by interacting with their posts in the form of comments or emojis and welcome new members into the community! usage of the group chats and direct messages, as well as plot calls to facilitate such interactions are also encouraged but not compulsory.
• we understand that your muses may develop closer friendships with bandmates or existing friends, but if the admin team notices repeated patterns of selectivity, especially in your activity check reporting, we will issue warnings and strikes as necessary.
• the station has a three (3) week dating ban for all muses. moving couples are exempt from the ban provided that they state on the application form that they are a moving couple. regardless, we urge all those who’ve decided to pursue a romantic relationship to branch out and continue to interact with other members. as a note, all muses who are 19-21 are not allowed to pursue a relationship with anyone above the age of 21 internationally.
• character changes are limited to three (3) and are allowed with admin approval prior to the change. you will only be able to ask for a character change two (2) weeks after joining, and at least two (2) weeks in between successful character changes. if you are looking to change your faceclaim, please reach out to the mod team for approval. once the change has been accepted, you will need to submit a new application form for every character change.
• all hiatuses require admin approval. for hiatus requests, please message the admin account and wait for our reply before filling out the hiatus form. full hiatuses last up to twenty (20) days from the last time you were active/updated your profile and will exempt you from all activity requirements. semi-hiatuses last up to a month and will require either one of the activity requirements to be fulfilled (e.g. you can choose to make a timeline post or post five comments on other people’s posts). once your hiatus ends, you will need to wait the same amount of time as your last hiatus before requesting a new one.
