PLOTlINE !

new olympus apartments is a long-forgotten art deco building in downtown new york city. to passersby, it's a run-down former apartment sitting on a plot of land no developers could ever want. but the irony is that the ugliness is all glamour, a facade. the demigods see it for what it really is: an upscale, recently renovated apartment building, trimmed with golden accents and other lavish touches by the gods themselves. plus, it's bigger than it looks on the outside. upon entering the lobby, you are greeted by chic furniture and gold-framed mirrors on either side of the wall. a sparkling chandelier hangs over the center of the room, and near the equally golden elevators are twelve statues of the olympians, dating back to ancient greece and salvaged from the rubble of time. the first three floors are reserved for common rooms and recreational activities: a library, a gym, and a pool and rec center. the next floor is a temple, with shrines of each of the gods where the demigods can worship, pray, or seek guidance. the sixth is strictly for training sessions, where weapons and other fighting equipment are kept. the rest of the floors are apartments, with each floor reserved for three people. it's no olympus, after which it was named, but it is as close to a castle as one can find in the city.

this rp is SET IN an apartment complex meant for demigods to live together in an environment in which they fit in, are safe, and feel at home. each demigod has been gifted with special abilities relevant to their god's domain to use to their advantage in the fulfillment of their duties as heroes. they train and prepare for their destinies until it is their time. other than that, they are free to lead completely normal lives outside the apartments and do whatever they wish.

Rules !

one. this rp is meant to have laid back vibes, therefore there won't be a lot of rules or limitations. the rp will just be a group chat and you can chat/para in private if you wish.

two. your character is free to date/marry whoever as long as both writers are okay with it, and you don't need to let me know first. there aren't any rules in terms to this because it's honestly stupid.

three. everyone must be , mdni. the rp won't necessarily be either or sfw, but just know that mature themes are allowed on main. face claims must be as well.

four. multiple characters are allowed per writer, but only 15 writers will be allowed to join. i just don't want the group to feel overwhelmed with people. i want it to be super chill. you can only join with one character at first tho.

five. don't facechase or force anything onto anyone else. it's weird.

six. only accepting k-industry face claims and ulzzangs.

seven. there will be a list of triggers that should be avoided within the rp, either for plot or character development, character bios, or even just mentioned ic or ooc.
