Yoona was absolutely right. She watched in a mixture of amusement and despair as three-year-old Jimin ran around the house wearing nothing but her underwear, her wild hair on full display. Yoona couldn't help but shake her head, knowing that this energetic kid was going to be the death of her. While Joohyun sat quietly on the couch next to her, engrossed in her favorite cartoon, Jimin bursted into the room, turning her head towards the TV with her hair still flying wild.

Yoona couldn't help but smile at the adorable sight of her daughter. 

With a small finger pointing at the screen, Jimin pleaded, "Shin-chan, mommy! Shin-chan please!" Her signature pineapple hair, as Joohyun had named it, was complemented by a pair of dinosaur undies (little Jimin was obsessed with dinosaurs) and stains from lunch around .

In her other hand, she held a half-eaten cookie with drool on it, earning a remark from Joohyun on how gross it was.

"Your sister is watching her movie, sweetie. And guess what time it is," Yoona said as she stood up from the couch and approached the tiny child. 

Jimin's eyes went wide as she protested. “No bath!", she took off running, disappearing down the hallway.

Yoona cackled and chased after her daughter, knowing her small legs and clumsy steps wouldn’t take her too far. 

Joohyun shook her head, thinking her little sister was a tiny smelly baby, though Jimin claimed she was a big girl since she started attending kindergarten. 

“Come on Jimin, if you take a bath I promise we will go to your aunts’ house so you can see Minjeong”, Joohyun heard her mother say, as she was probably struggling to get Jimin to step a foot into the bathroom. 

Then I can ask my mommy to let me go to Seulgi’s house, Joohyun thought to herself with a smile, ignoring Jimin’s complaints.

“Minjeongie!” Jimin’s voice echoed through the house the moment they walked into the Kim household. 

She almost didn’t give her mom time for anything as she was already running to Minjeong’s room, ready to play with her. But before Jimin could get away any further, Yoona managed to grab her by the arm.

“Say hi to your aunties before, Jimin”, she looked at the tiny child with a raised eyebrow.

Jimin looked up at her aunts and then bowed politely, just like her mother taught her. “Hi, aunties. Can I go play with Minjeongie?” Jimin smiled big, showing her round teeth. Her hair was up in a pair of cute small pigtails, making the adults melt at the sight. 

“Hello Jimin, it’s nice to see you”, Tiffany touched Jimin’s soft hair. “Of course you can, sweetie. She’s in her room, but she was taking a nap so I wouldn’t make too much noise”, she placed a finger to her lips and Jimin mimicked her actions, placing a chubby finger to her own lips.

“I wait until she wakes up, auntie, thank you!” And just like that, Jimin’s small figure disappeared with quick steps.

Yoona shook her head. She truly had a Tasmanian devil for a kid. 

She greeted her best friends with a quick hug and followed them into the living room so they could relax a little while their children played together. 

“Where’s Joohyun?” Taeyeon asked, missing a small eight-year-old. 

“I dropped her off at Seulgi’s. She said if Jimin can come play with Minjeong then she could go play with Seulgi”, she chuckled, settling on the couch. 

“I’m afraid one of these days she’s going to move in with her”, Tiffany joked as she placed a trail with three cups on the table. 

“Trust me, me too. If she could, she’d spend day and night with her”.

The women laughed before they started catching up with their lives.

When Jimin opened the door to Minjeong’s room, she expected to see the younger girl sleeping like her auntie said, but instead she saw Minjeong sitting on her bed with her hair all messy and rubbing her eyes. Jimin thought she looked adorable.

Jimin walked inside with small steps, trying to be quiet like her aunt said, but she didn’t really achieve her goal. 

“Hi, Minjeongie!” Jimin jumped a couple times, excited to see her best friend.

Minjeong looked at her and waved her hand in the air before she laid down again, closing her eyes. Jimin giggled at the sight and she walked over to Minjeong’s bed, slowly crawling on it as well.

Minjeong opened her eyes again and this time she smiled at Jimin.

“Are you tired, Minjeongie?” The younger girl nodded and Jimin hummed. 

“Okay!” She crawled to where Minjeong was lying down and she laid next to her. “Joohyun unnie always holds me when I want to sleep, like this”, Jimin’s small arms wrapped around Minjeong’s smaller frame. 

Minjeong sleepily cuddled closer to Jimin and she closed her eyes, quickly falling back asleep. 

Jimin smiled as big as possible, feeling happy for some reason she didn’t know nor did she try to understand.

“Omo you’re so cute!” Jimin said in a hushed tone. 

Minjeong had a head full of black hair that Jimin adored, she liked the square shape as Jimin called it. It was smooth and shiny and she liked to play with it. As Jimin started playing with Minjeong’s hair, she couldn’t help but notice the girl’s chubby cheeks and she couldn’t resist leaning in to kiss her on the cheek, pulling her into a tighter hug after. 

“Unnie will take care of Minjeongie”, Jimin said in a whisper.

The three year old somehow managed to stay still for a few minutes before she felt her own eyelids start to get heavy. She yawned a couple times, trying to fight the sleepiness but her tiny body couldn’t put up a fight for much longer and she eventually closed her eyes too.

When Jimin woke up again, she realized Minjeong wasn’t next to her anymore. Jimin looked around the room and found nothing but Minjeong’s toys. 

Getting back on her feet, little Jimin hurried to walk out the room to find Minjeong. She rubbed her eyes before running towards where she last remembered seeing her mom and aunties.
