Authors Note~ There was actually much more to the forward but I felt that I was revealing a little too much before the story got started. So, I decided to just wait until the actual chapter to extend it. I hope you enjoy this story enough to keep reading until it gets better!

Foreword
The man got out of his car and immediately took out his gun.
"You move one inch, and this bullet is going through your head," the man scoffed.
When Kai and I saw the car drive up, he insinctively turned us around and walked the other direction. We froze when the man spoke, but didn't turn around. We had no idea what he looked like, but didn't care to know after what he had just said. My heart was beating fast. Incredibly fast. And I'm sure Kai could feel it through my hand because I could sure as hell feel it through his. The man spoke again.
"Get in the car," he yelled. But he didn't specify as to which one he wanted to obey. We continued to stand there, unwavering.
"You don't want to end up like your brother, do you... Kai?," he said.
Kai convulsed. Something had hit him. Deep.
