The next day,

 

 

At the end of the day, Jongin and Aria meet in a cafe after class as they promised. Jongin gulps nerovusly when he met Aria.

 

 

As usual Kyungsoo is always waiting for Jongin. Kyungsoo waits for jongin outside the class to go home together.

 

 Kyungsoo couldn't find Jongin  anywhere in campus , which meant he had already left and gone home. Kyungsoo felt a bit hurt by the action.

 

He and Jongin had walked home every day since they started to be bestfriend, he can't understand why Jongin not says something and just leave him alone.

 

Jongin's friend tells Kyungsoo,  Jongin is not there. Kyungsoo finds out from another Jongin's friend who tells him that he saw Jongin has date with Aria at the cafe. With a feeling full of jealousy kyungsoo immediately went to the cafe.

 

 

 

In cafe

 

 

 After they're chatting, Jongin wants to express his feelings towards Aria. He look at Aria . His face shows he wanted an answer from Aria. While expressing his feelings, Kyungsoo came to interrupt their conversation. 

 

After seeing Kyungsoo. Aria felt very uncomfortable. She asked permission to go home first. Jongin angry at Kyungsoo.

 

Jongin angrily threw his bread and crossed his arms over his chest. Kyungsoo looked at him strangely.

 

"What's the matter, Jongin?" Kyungsoo asked Jongin.

 

A pouted formed on Jongin's lips.

"Can you please don't interrupt my date?"

 

Kyungsoo was shocked and looked disappointed.

"I'm sorry. I'm not bothering you anymore."

 

 

Feeling disappointed at being scolded by Jongin, he immediately stepped back and leave Jongin alone at the cafe. 

 

Jongin looked at Kyungsoo from a distance slowly walk away leaving him.

 

He feel guilty for scolding kyungsoo. Then he ran towards Kyungsoo.

 

A warm smile appeared on Kyungsoo's face as he watched Jongin run towards him. Jongin put his arm on kyungsoo's shoulder and they were eye to eye.

 

"Kyungsoo, I'm sorry for talking to you like that. I really sorry. Can you forgive me, Soo?" Jongin apologized sincerely. Jongin's eyes full sincerity.

 

"Jongin ahh.. Promise me don't get mad at me again." Kyungsoo gazed into Jongin's eyes 

 

Jongin nodding his head yes. "I promise not mat at you again. Let's go home."

 

 

They walked home together holding hands. Jongin holds kyungsoo hand tightly as afraid kyungsoo walk away from him again.

Next day in Campus Library,

 

 

Aria in the campus library. Jongin approaches her and ask forgiveness. Aria smiled happily at that.

 

 

Since that day the relationship of Jongin and Aria is very close. They always eat together in the cafeteria. Jongin always accompany Aria to go shopping and watching movie at a cinema after their class.

 

Jongin no longer eats the food cooked by kyungsoo. Although, Jongin misses Kyungsoo's food, he tries to restrain himself because he wants to eat cafeteria food with Aria.

 

 

Day by day Jongin and Aria became closer, Feels like they already had feelings of liking each other.

 

 

At lunch hour , Kyungsoo was waiting for Jongin in cafeteria just like he had promised, but Jongin always forgot his promised and just eat together with Aria at their faculty building.

 

Kyungsoo let out sighed.  "You're late. You didn't have to come anymore," he hang up phone call from Jongin. 

 

Kyungsoo  feel angry and jealous feelings towards Jongin and Aria's relationship. Thinking that his relationship with Jongin will disappear and be forgotten.

 

 

Baekhyun  forehead creases as he frowns in concern.

 

"Did you ask him out?"

 

"No..neither of us asked each other out." Kyungsoo trying to control his tears.

 

"You should tell him how you feel. Go confess to him now!!'

 

Baekhyun gets up from his chair and showing his finger pointing something toward the outside campus.

 

 

"I want to finish my painting today. I want to give him my gift. At the time I will confess my love again. Wish me luck," Kyungsoo says as he turns toward walk  to his house. 

 

"Fighting!" Baekhyun cheers.

 

 

 

While kyungsoo was about to cross the street he received a call from Jongin. He picked up the phone. He smiled seeing the nickname of Jongin displayed on his phone screen.

 

"Hello, Jongin! Where are you now? I want to see you tonight." 

 

"Kyungsoo, I can't see you today. I'm with Aria. I'm holding a flower waitng Aria. I want to confess my feelings to her now. I l feels like I fall in love with her." Jongin said with excited tone.

 

"You...you love her? You love Aria? Ask Kyungsoo.

 

Kyungsoo's  hand is shaking. He feels chest tightened. He feels he can't breath. It is hurts.

 

"Yes, I love her. Oh, I remember  about your promise to give your painting to me this week. Then, promise me. We'll meet tomorrow. Okay bye, Soo. I have to go. She is in front of me now." Jongin hung up the phone.

 

Jongin ends their conversation without Kyungsoo replying anything. His voice sounded was like excited to express his feelings to Aria.

 

Kyungsoo froze. The vision of his eyes was blurred as if the world was getting darker. He stopped. His body froze, Cant walk. 

 

He was standing in the middle of the road and suddenly a very fast car headed towards him without stopping and hit him ... 

 

 

 

In XO Hospital

 

 

Seen both Kyungsoo's parents running towards the emergency room that is now treating his son who had an accident and heading towards the doctor who was discussing something with the his nurse while holding the form.

 

"How my son, Kyungsoo? Doctor, Please help my son!" Kyungsoo's mother crying outside the emergency room.

 

"Mr Doh, we need your signature in this paper. We had to perform a major operation to save his life. His left hand...we are sorry..." 

 

 

 

"My body and my head felt very sore, I felt a sharp pain hit my whole body, I tried to open my eyes,  I remembered something. I still haven't finished  my painting to give to Jongin and we promised to meet tomorrow.  I tried to get out of bed but..."

 

 

"Oh my son kyungsoo, you need to rest." Said Kyungsoo's mother while holding his shoulder to prevent his son from getting out of bed.

 

"No... Jongin is waiting for me mom.. I have to go, I still haven't to finished my painting..." Kyungsoo cried, begging his mother to let him go.

 

"Keep still. Please.. you cannot go anywhere now..." Kyungsoo's mother begged his son.

"No mom, Jongin waiting for me. Let me go mom. I have to go.. Why i can't go, I fine now.. Arghhh. my hand!!' 

 

"I couldn’t feel my arm,  my left hand, I tried to move my hand which I always use to painting. . but I could not feel anything"

 

 

 Kyungsoo screamed and cried when unable to move his hands.

 

 

The doctor said his left hand was paralyzed that he could not do anything about it.

 

 

 

While crying Kyungsoo asked something to his mother.

 

"Mom... Does Jongin know about this?"

 

His mother shake her head "No...Kyungsoo. No one knows about this accident other than our family."

 

"Jongin.. He shouldn't come to know mom. Promise me not let him know about this." 

 

" I promise. I promise my son." Said his mother calmly while holding his son's hand tightly.

 

 

"All my happiness, all my chances to confess my love to him through my paintings .... my love is ended. Everything has ended"

The next day,

 

 

However, Jongin did not know about the car accident that Kyungsoo had. Kyungsoo's family kept it a secret at Kyungsoo's request.

 

Jongin waits all day to meet Kyungsoo, as promised. He felt very excited to get a painting gift from Kyungsoo.

 

He waited and waited all day. He tries to call Kyungsoo but Kyungsoo is not picked up.

 

"Why can't I call Kyungsoo. Why did he turn off his phone." Jongin whinning in a worried tone.

 

 

He went straight to Kyungsoo's house but there was no one at Kyungsoo's home..

 

 

That day, he also had no idea that Kyungsoo chose to continue treatment abroad and moved there without telling Jongin and his friends. He leaves everything and disappears from Jongin's life.
