Rafflesia is the story of teenager friends,  Kyungsoo and Jongin. When Jongin confesses he has fallen for new girl Aria. Kyungsoo jealousy and anger results in horrific accident. He gets hits by car.  Unable to accept the fact that the hand he use to paint was paralyzed, he disappears and goes away from Jongin's life. Unexpectedly, Jongin is searching for him for five years. Does Kyungsoo still love Jongin when they meet again?
