“Finish your food, you always come home with leftovers” Irene reminded her son as she send them off. It’s thirty past seven and his husband and kids need to leave for the day. 

“I will mama, don’t worry” Jeno smiled at his mom and gave her a kiss on the cheek. Karina did the same. The kids went to the car first, while her husband stayed

“Are you sure you’ll be okay?” Junmyeon asked his wife, worried about what they talked about last night

“I will be okay, love. Don't worry” Irene assured her husband. She talked to Junmyeon about what Amber has been telling her but she doesn't want him to worry about it.

After sending them off, Irene immediately went back to the kitchen and prepared breakfast for her bestfriend, Amber. Since Amber came back from LA, three years ago, she would always visit Irene every wednesdays and weekends. Amber has her business taken care by her cousin as she decided to focus on much more important things in her life and since Irene spends her day (after her family leave) in her flower shop, she always visit her there.

“Hello! Anybody?” Amber cheerfully greeted as she walked inside Irene’s shop. Irene smiled looking back when she heard Amber and immediately ran to her, wrapping her arms around her neck as the other embraced her gently, pulling her up.

“You came!” 

“Did you miss me that much?” Amber best friend before giving her cheek a sweet peck

“Honestly. Didn’t you miss me?” Irene asked exaggerating a pout which made Amber chuckle. She might be that sophisticated wife and mother, but when she's with Amber, she can't help not to be the girl she was before

“Silly. Ofcourse I did” she smiled, putting Irene down. The woman smiled at her before walking her way to get the food she prepared for Amber

“Let’s eat? I’m sure you’re hungry”

“Oh! Would love that” Amber answered while she settled down on a round table for two. She is looking at Irene when the woman suddenly said something that honestly changed her mood

“You should visit too when Junmyeon and the kids are around. Or better, visit us at home” Irene walked to Amber with a tray on her hand. The woman just smiled at what the woman said and helped her by taking the tray. Irene though, saw the reaction of Amber and she wasn’t happy

“You do still hate Junmyeon, don't you?" She asked, looking at the other. 

The girl, Amber was looking at during the high school graduation so as on college was Irene. She couldn’t remember when it all started but all she knows, she fell inlove with her bestfriend.

Falling inlove with Irene was hard, really hard, but Amber endured all the pain she went through because she knows she couldn’t afford to lose Irene. As much as she wanted to be her significant other, she was aware that it was impossible and if she force it, she will just end up hurting her bestfriend.

Watching Irene with Junmyeon broke her heart into pieces, but as time passed by, she realized she was happy, she was happy, she’s happy

“Irene-“ Amber sighed

“You hate him so much that you don’t even look at or talk to my kids” Irene wiped her tears and Amber immediately held the woman’s shoulder and made her face her
