Foreword

The Elyxion Group of Companies

A group of companies owned by some of the richest families of a set of friends. These friends met during a leadership camp offered only for few of the heirs of international company owners and heads. It is said that business partnerships are made as early as this stage in a life of these future business leaders.

These friends first met when they were still in elementary and middle school. The eldest was 13 years old who was in 8th grade. The youngest was 10 years old and in the 4th grade. They kept their friendship even after they stopped going to the camp, after 5 years of consecutive attendance every summer.

As they got older and the respective businesses of their families got bigger, they promised each other to always support each other’s ventures and personal decisions. They also promised that they would trust each other first before the others, given that they would not betray one another.

One drunken session of the group the oldest suggested that they should put up a conglomerate of their fathers’ companies. They went to each of their CEO fathers and proposed the business plan and luckily all agreed.

One by one each of these friends finally ascended their companies’ helm. The combination of their companies is so diverse that its very rare to source from other companies from outside their conglomerate. Soon they were known as an almost impenetrable circle of friends and business associates. Other companies are afraid to be pitted against any of the member companies during project proposals because others just know that these gentlemen have each others as their priorities.
