Yubin releases a heavy sigh, all she wanted to do was kick off her loafers, change into comfy clothes and relax after a long day at work, but her best friend had forgotten to pick her up. The short-haired woman would have to give a good scolding for Yoohyeon because she was always forgetting her responsibilities. The short-haired woman inserts her keycard into her apartment door and swings it open, only to remain frozen in the doorway upon the sight she stumbled upon.

Of course, letting out another sigh, Yubin should have known it wouldn’t be that easy to come home from work and have a simple relaxing evening with the likes of her best friend sharing their living space.

The brunette raises an eyebrow at her wide-eyed roommate. Yoohyeon stares back as if she was caught red-handed in the middle of a homicide crime scene. Honestly, it’s hard not to blame the younger woman for making such a ridiculous assumption about their current situation. If anyone else had walked in on this scene, they would have immediately run away and reported to the police.

“I swear, this isn’t what it looks like.”  Yoohyeon tries to plead her innocence to her best friend with a whine.

Yubin flicks her eyes down, following a trail of crimson liquid leading to the limp body that her tall friend was seemingly dragging across the floor by their ankles. After quickly confirming that her eyes weren’t playing tricks on her, Yubin’s eyes travel back to Yoohyeon's pouting and puppy-eyed face.

“...yeah, I think I’ll just go now.” The short-haired woman slowly closes the door, wanting nothing to do with whatever the hell just happened in their shared apartment.

Yubin calmly walks away and proceeds to call Gahyeon. “Hey, can I stay at your place?”

“Yeah, just Yoohyeon being Yoohyeon.”
