Minnie's Pov

It's almost half of the end of the first semester the activities in school are getting more competitive, grades must be on top-notch priority to be proud of, surviving social barriers & lastly thriving yourself up facing against self-hatred and false hopes must be aware onwards

Senior high is truly stressful.

Minnie enters the school same as usual wearing headphones listening to her favourite song artist, neck tie's swaying side to side, hands were gripping on both padded straps of the bag with a lollipop that keeps shut as her cheeks that forms a visible bump where the lollipop is located and lastly not the least her daily stoic face that everyone knew ever since the opening of the class started

She looks emotionless but for Minnie, she thought of something (or should I say, someone). 

'til this day her questions were still unanswered of who this person sends daily short letters under her desk these days? 

Flashback 2 Weeks Ago

After their P.E subject ended Minnie went to the women's comfort room to get change when she finally enters her class just not too far from her table she saw a glimpse of a small piece of paper that is folded under her desk while slowly goin' head towards it before she could reach the paper she settled herself down tilting her head slightly thinking she didn't leave or remember anything sort of paper placing underneath before she left

She shrugs it off and took it nonchalantly of maybe it's just random notes from another student from 'noon class 

A/N: she's a morning class 1A-Diamond student btw, by afternoon classes are namely as B  (example 7A-Amber, Morning ends 12-1 pm; 7B-amber, Afternoon ends to 5-6 pm)

Little did she know while examing the paper she was holding there's a heart sicker at the centre to her amusement when she starts to open it her heartbeat began beating fast while reading silently 

"You're beautiful, what's more when you smile? Maybe my heart can't hold on if I see one

But it's okay, I can hold it longer you're breath is more important than mine" 

C.MY04

For many years Minnie watched romantic dramas with her friends she's always got cringe at how lines were cliché but now is the first time of her life receiving from it makes her feel butterflies talking about friends when they've found out she has a mysterious secret admirer they started to tease and letting out squeals whenever there's the latest update from it

She didn't mind too much from dismay of her friends gladly they volunteered themselves finding this secret admirer of hers which 5 days after she received that letter and on, so this time this is the 5th letter she's receiving from the mysterious admirer

"You've grown a lot than yesterday, I'm glad that you've shown more with one of your brightest smiles 

My sunshine you made me fall more while looking at you with a smile you're so beautiful when you smile" 

C.MY04

Was it he? Or she?

Hell there's a lot that starts with C's and MY's in the school campus and to her class, it seems no one is looking suspicious nor interesting  but importantly

What's 04 does mean??! 

Her mind almost blast off with lots of theories coming from her two closest friends opinions until a deep voice interrupted her thoughts

"I think this person is coming from either A4 or B4 I guess based on the number it is written on it," said yuqi as her brows meet together with her chin placed on top of her other hand while looking at the paper she was holding

"I think it's not" yuqi slammed her arm to the table make the two flinch from the noise facing  the other girl with raising one eyebrow. 

"how?" 

"you see yuqi it's written only two digits not letter & a number on it therefore that person is in this class" shuhua retorted 

Minnie quickly snaps out from the realization of shuhua's answer she does have a point "I think I agree with shuhua's opinion" 

"what?" yuqi shockingly disbelief of hearing Minnie's reply while shuhua beamingly cheer herself with a hooray after dramatically flipping her hair to the side. 

"see? told yah" 

"tch, touché okay fine so then we already found out that this person is the same class with us because it's only two digits, not a letter and a number on it but the problem is what 04 stands for? Table number? column? Row? Alphabetical name assigned number? Or-" 

Yuqi paused in deep thought as she focuses herself brainstorming while Minnie and shuhua waiting with a seriousness that was plastered from their faces 'til yuqi opens once again and said-

"just a freaking person's favourite number" 

Minnie and shuhua was deadpan by yuqi's last statement which they ignored as both of them talked again thinking theories about the unknown numbers in the letter avoiding yuqi's whining like she didn't exist in between the two

//Skipped//

Breaktime is a good time to continuing their topic again about that damn 04's number after the C.MY's initials of the letter that is always written at the left side below to the short poetic message 

If this is actual math then their life will  become a dust

What's more complicated is that all letters were printed not handily written however the font styles and the message itself makes her giddy 

"you're my cure from my gloomy weather & raging storms into clear heavens

Thank you for existing that keeps me living I hope the same for you too as well love" 

C.MY04

She wishes to see this person, she wants to thank this person a lot for what she received for the 7th time knowing the same situation she had too 

From being alone, an easy prey that everyone wants to devour 'til destroyed

They're always using her for the sake of their reputation and keep themselves slacking off that burdens herself that openly stab her back with dirty grins and mockingly laughs

Now and then after the unsolved mysterious letter she became confident slowly stands herself 

Lastly, true happiness because she's free 

Free from what she's holding back

And slowly loving herself again
 
The next day and on still failed to figure out this mysterious person. 

Back to Present:

Today was her 12th letter to be received Minnie heavily sighs to whom this letter belongs to even they tried to stay late from school or too early there's no sight of this mysterious person was 

"unnie-" 

"Minnie unnie" 

"Hello??" 

"yah Kim Minnie!" 

Minnie blinks her eyes twice back from reality shuhua was in front of her knowing she didn't listen shuhua on the other hand only soften her gaze with defeated sighs for the 3rd time

"unnie I know you're in deep thought about the letter but anyways I have a plan" 

Shuhua smirk causing the other girl to widen her eyes sparkingly hype up 

"so then what's your plan?" 

"to think unnie this mysterious admirer sends you daily letters we've waited early or even late of our school time so in conclusion, this person sneaks in during our P.E classes" 

Hmm...sure its also a valuable reason because P.E is the last subject they'll attend and so far from other ones this is their longest time they spend one hour for written class and one hour for their physical activities however written hour time is not that useful so it's just their free time 

The thought of Minnie that this might be possible because they have one hour break before their regular class starts

"so you mean is?-" 

"yep let's try to stay here 2 mins after the break during P.E class hours" 

"but Mr Son will get mad if we're late in class" 

"Nah we can make excuses it's not like we did it permanently just this once or-" shuhua pause for a sec and snaps her fingers with a brilliant idea 

"ahh how about I will be the one to do it thinking if you're staying with me as well perhaps that person will not show itself" 

"you're fine with it? But your-" 

"no it's fine, it's not that biggie unnie I'm doing it for you after all you're my friend" 

Minnie's heart soften gazingly at the latter it's her first time that someone helped her not too long she spreads her arms for a hug and whispered a thank you to the latter while shuhua beamingly smiles 

'maybe not all of them were like that I should know more about her' Minnie thought. 

//Time Skipped//

Bell rings

"Well it's now or never," shuhua said

"Yeah, oh by the way where's yuqi?" 

"that girl is still in the canteen she didn't bring her snacks this morning tsk what's take her too long? Is she that hungry" shuhua said while picking up her phone to send a message to yuqi informing that she's late and the bell's ringing a second ago

Minnie humm in response while her gaze stuck to the window looking outside, chin rested in her left hand while another one calmly placed to the wooden surface not until she sense someone looking at her and quickly shifting her head back to see no one but nothing of her classmates chatting, laughing, some playing their phones, some were reading, and others were still sleeping  

Talk about sleeping there's only one particular student in their room who is a heavy sleeper it's very amusing no other than their vice president  Cho Miyeon however she's smart as hell even she's not listening to the teacher's discussion. 

Minnie snap back to face somewhere embarrassing to herself thought of staring at their vice president who's sleeping arms fold with her head hidden 

She's just literally staring too long while ago but little did she know miyeon the vice president witnessed what she did 

"Hey, guys" coming to a deep voice no other than yuqi who opens the door and duck her head low while rushing a bit speed beside shuhua gladly for her the teacher is late.

"idiot you're late, what taking you so long?" shuhua said not looking at yuqi she's looking at what yuqi's holding and it didn't go unnoticed from the latter a smirk was a trace on her face "take a picture of it before it's gone" 

Shuhua rolling her eyes being annoyed but soon disappear when she sees the school's secret weapon gaspingly with eyes wide.

"I-is that premium limited cherry pillows?" she asked before slowly reaching her hand but was smack with a loud slap from yuqi while holding her snacks tightly as shuhua hissed 

"yah buy your own food it's not easy to zoom in against the crowd to get this!" 

"I just want to see it not eat it" 

"I don't wanna your hands are not clean hmp" 

"what you'd just say?!" 

"Hey, hey! That's enough you two stop fighting" 

"unnie did you hear what she just said?!" 

"I'm just saying you're not clean I mean your-" 
Yuqi was cut off when shuhua starts pulling her tie ready to smack the latter's face meanwhile Minnie tries to save yuqi from shuhua's hands while they're being nosy not too long a short blonde girl approaching them a knowing figure sure that scare all of them no other one is Soyeon the president of their class Minnie loosen her arms that are holding both side shoulders of yuqi and shuhua and quietly looking at soyeon while the two girls still arguing they didn't know what's coming up if they turn their backs but unfortunately they did and three of them were silent but what didn't they expect is the low soft voice coming from the latter. 

Coughs* "excuse me for interrupting uhm could the three of you minimize your tone because your voice is too loud to hear it outside the room" 

"We're very sorry for that" Minnie shyly replied

"it's okay but please observe your surrounding sometimes okay? Especially you two understood?" pointing fingers with the two girls sat in front of her

Shuhua and yuqi quickly said in unison "yes ma'am" then soyeon left and went back to her seat

Minnie just sigh while looking at the two a never-ending love-bickering friendship they had

Bell rings

'This is it' Minnie said 

"unnie it's time~," shuhua said singingly 

"I'm kinda nervous a bit when I get to know this person" 

"you're expecting too much don't you think?" shuhua smirkingly said

chuckles "yeah kind of"

"what's the plan was about?" yuqi said with a confusing expression she wears but something a bit off when Minnie sees the reaction of the latter

"pabo it's the same plan and this is the time to do it"

"like right now?"

"Are you deaf or what?" shuhua retorted 

"Well..d-don't tell me we're skipping classes?" yuqi said with a fear of her eyes it looks like she was being spotted watching an exotic drama however shuhua replied "exactly" with a calm tone like she already knows about yuqi

"I'm afraid I can't be with you bro"

"why? I thought you're doing this for a long time? you said-"

"that's all just a lie I'm not a bad girl like you stupid and PE class is a nono skip for me"

"But you said we're on this together?!"

"..."

shuhua widely shock that all stories that yuqi shared with her and thought she's not alone gone wrong she took yuqi's arm and went outside leaving Minnie inside the room while Minnie sways her head for what she just witnessed between her loudest friends later on short giggles were heard and her ears perked up and slowly looking was the voice coming from their vice president miyeon who's standing the doorway while enjoying the view 

Minnie thought she heard her heartbeat for a minute when she was star struck by the girl's beauty how come I didn't notice her? she is beautiful 

indeed she was.

"the P.E class almost starting aren't you leaving? I'm locking this room now and you're gonna be late for 2 minutes...and your friends as well but it seems they're leaving ahead of you" 

hearing no reply she walked towards the girl who just staring at her not so near she waves her hand distracting the latter as Minnie soon coming back to her senses with a quick apology while flustering mess due to the embarrassment that she did and rushes out to the class 

"that sh*t was embarrassing," Minnie said 

Meanwhile, the plan was completely forgotten and the person they're looking for was not yet to be found.
