"Stand up." Irene said, bitterness washed over her expression as Seulgi remained still. 

"I'm sorry..."

She slowly, deliberately lifted Seulgi's chin with a finger. Irene simply can't comprehend what was happening. Just a minute ago, they were killing each other. And now Seulgi decided to kneel in front of her, asking for forgiveness.

"What are you doing?"

"I'm sorry... I'm really sorry."

"But it's too late!" Irene shouted, voice raw and pained, "It's ing too late..."

"I never meant to hurt you," She cried, shaking her head as she continues to quiver, "I never meant for us to end this way."

"You abandoned me... You chose the world over me... You betrayed me Seulgi."

"I love you!"

Irene chuckled and stepped away, refusing to look into Seulgi's eyes. Because for god's sake the truth is written in them. 

"That didn't change the fact you let those monsters prisoned me."

"I did it to save you," Seulgi trembled as she crawl towards Irene, "It was the only way for me to make sure they wouldn't kill you."
