Impulsive movements

Kim Jisoo, the Korean actress who broke her ex-girlfriend's heart to start a career in London.

The same Kim Jisoo who is sitting watching his ex-girlfriend leave the restaurant.

The same Kim Jisoo who without thinking followed her ex out.

"Lisa! Lalisa!" She screamed when they were outside. She doesn't know why to do this, but she did. "Lisa, please"

The Thai girl looked back angrily.

Jisoo thought she was still incredibly beautiful, even in anger.

Before she could speak, Lisa started running towards the parking lot; Jisoo had no choice but to run after the girl.

"Lisa! Lisa! Please!" Jisoo was out of shape, so the woman was already panting and tired. Someone is regretting wearing stiletto heels to Mass today.

Lisa arrived at the car, and Jisoo was right behind.

Looks like Lisa was having a hard time with the keys. Skillful hands, but not for keys.

Without thinking, as soon as Jisoo got to the car, he snatched the keys from the taller one.

"Give me back!" Lisa screamed, but Jisoo hid the keys behind her back.

They quarreled a bit, like in the cartoons Sarang watches on television.

Jisoo had a smile on her face, she was enjoying the dynamic. For a moment, it looked like things hadn't changed.

"Ugh! You're so annoying! Just give me those ing keys and walk away like you did last time!" Lisa screamed, a single tear running down her already red face.

Jisoo felt guilty, her heart dropped as she tried to wipe the tear from the taller's cheek, but Lisa caught her wrist before she could touch her face. Jisoo caught a glimpse of Lisa's exposed wrist.

"Y-You still have a tattoo!" She stammered pointing to the woman's wrist.

Lisa snatched the keys from the older woman's hand. "Yes, now go away!"

Neither of them moved a muscle.

"Yes Kim Jisoo, what do you want from me? Do you want to see me cry more than I ever cried for you?" She spat. "Go back to your life in London!"

Silence was the answer Lisa had been waiting for.

A sarcastic laugh came out of Lisa before she got into the car and drove away.

The actress returned to the restaurant with tear marks on her face, but luckily, none of them noticed what had happened.

That's what Jisoo thought.

If one day someone asked you about your biggest dream, what would you say?

"Raising a family with the woman I love" is what Jisoo of four years ago would say.

It's what Jisoo now regrets not having chosen.

Seeing Jennie's family made her very happy, her sister deserved her daughter and wife. After all, she struggled a lot to have it.

Unlike Jisoo, Jennie chose his wife over her modeling career; and Chaeyoung chose his wife over her singing career.

And look, they were both happy these days.

Is this Kim Jisoo's biggest mistake? Surely.

"Jisoo unnie, you're getting distracted again!" Sarang whimpered as she poked the woman's cheek. "What is your mind thinking about?"

"Sorry Sarang, just distracted me with a silly memory, let's get back to what we were doing"

After lunch, the families separated and went to their respective homes. Chaeyoung and Jennie immediately went to take care of their daughter, who was a mess from spilling ketchup on herself, and Jisoo went to the guest room. Lisa? Ah, we don't know.

After a good few minutes and a shower, Sarang appeared in the room holding two large photo albums. One consisted of Jennie's pregnancy photos; photos of the girl's christening (Lisa was one of the godmothers, Dahyun ended up being the other; because Jisoo was unable to attend); some pictures of the birth and for some reason; a picture of baby Sarang being baptized again by a Drag Queen. The other album consisted of birthday photos; Christmas dinner, Thanksgiving, New Year and all kinds of holidays. All the holidays Jisoo missed.

Sarang was determined to tell the story of every photo in that album, and she seemed even more determined to tell the stories of when her Australian mother took her to meet famous k-idols she'd worked with; Idols like Lee Sunmi and Kim Chungha. Jisoo told Sarang that Sunmi and Chungha had a relationship, and that nowadays they are happy because they have a baby her age. Sarang couldn't wait to be friends with the Lee/Kim child.

They continued.

"So this is me for my birthday and Mom Chaeng's birthday," she pointed to herself in the photo. Sarang didn't seem bothered about having to share her birthday with her mother. "I wish you were here, but Mom said you were too busy"

Jisoo's heart sank, she regrets it.

"I'm sorry, cute" Jisoo kissed the girl's head. "But did you like the gift I sent you?"

Sarang's face lit up at the mention of the gift. "Are you talking about the boots from that famous brand Mom made me wear as soon as we got the package? Oh! I love it!"

The actress wanted to correct the child and say that they were not just boots, but part of Dior's new children's collection.

"But they're already too small, and I can't use them anymore" Sarang snuggled into her aunt's lap. "You'll have to give me new boots"

Jisoo frowned. "But that's not possible, I sent the boots in February, it's only been a few months!" Sarang laughed in his lap. "You're kidding me, your little feet haven't grown that much in just six months!"

"I'm big foot daughter!" Sarang got up and started jumping on the bed.

"Yes! You're big foot daughter!" Jisoo celebrated together.

After the laughter, Sarang sat down again between her aunt's legs and pulled the album closer. "Promise you'll be here when I turn five."

Jisoo didn't handle promises well.

"I promise"

A melodious voice interrupted the moment. "You can't promise things you know you won't keep, Jisoo"

Angry eyes met Chaeyoung's eyes of false kindness. She was confronting her again.

Jisoo just ignored it, and continued to flip through the album with Sarang.

"Aang, how about you go down and help eomma with the snacks? Yuki will be here in a few hours" Chaeyoung said in a sweet voice, and Sarang complied excitedly at the thought of her best friend coming to sleep.

Before Jisoo could open his mouth, Chaeyoung approached with his arms crossed and his face unbeatable.

"Why did you follow Lisa out of the restaurant?" She asked, obviously the woman was already annoyed. "What were you planning with that? To make her cry more than she cried all these years?"

"I was trying to fix things!"

Chaeyoung sneered. "I can't believe you want to fix things?" She snorted. "So let me be yours I get it, you left and left Lisa; you built a career in London and now that your life is good, you came to take what you left in the first place?"

"Is not it--"

"So what is it?!!" Chaeyoung yelled. We are all grateful that Sarang closed the door after leaving. "You broke Lisa's heart by leaving because of your damn career, and now you decided to come back when everything was fine?"

A sigh left the lips of heart. "You don't understand Chaeyoung."

Chaeyoung laughed. "Then explain the to me! Explain to me why you did this to my sister!"

Silence.

"We were fine, Jennie had just gotten pregnant; Lisa had given up on a big job opportunity in Los Angeles because you were finally going to get engaged and you decided to drop everything because of a career promise!" Rosé's voice broke, "Do you know what happened after you left? Do you know how many times I had to pick Lisa up in the bar's gutter because she was understanding forgetting you?"

More silence.

"Do you know how hard it was getting Lisa back to work and taking care of a baby at the same time?"

Jisoo was going to speak.

"And don't tell me I don't understand! I understand you Jisoo! I swear I do." Tears on the actress' beautiful face. "You know I understand you… But what you did was an irreparable mistake--"

"Enough"

A laugh. "Enough already? You've got to be kidding" Rosé huffed, "You know you deserve to hear this!"

"Shut the up!" Jisoo yelled. "You have no right to say these things to me! None of this was up to you!"

"It wasn't me?" Chaeyoung began to shed silent tears. "So who was there when Lisa came back from the airport devastated because she couldn't say goodbye to you? So who was there when Jennie was crying about not having her sister by her side at the most important moment? So who did Sarang ask who the was woman that was in the photos of your aunt Lisa's bedroom?!"

A sob tore from Jisoo's throat.

"Don't tell me it's not about me" Chaeyoung wiped her tears. "Your leaving didn't just affect Lisa and Jennie, it also affected me; because I missed you too, Unnie" …. "I missed you, we missed you" Chaeyoung smiled. "Sarang missed you even though he didn't know you"

"S-stop" Jisoo sobbed. "You don't know what I went through! You don't know how much I regret everything! ! You don't know how much I suffered! I lost the love of my life because of a bad decision."

"That hurts, doesn't it?" Rosé asked. "Now you know how much it must hurt for Lisa… So don't go near her!"

"You won't tell me what to do Park Chaeyoung!" Jisoo yelled. "You're not going to stop me from trying to fix my !"

"Why do you want to do this?! You've already screwed up!"

"Because I love her and regret leaving!" Jisoo yelled, and Chaeyoung flinched. "I regret every day that I left her! I would spend my ing fortune inventing a time machine to keep me from doing the worst bull of my life!"

Jisoo took a deep breath and looked into Chaeyoung's eyes. "I came here to try to fix this, and if you try to stop me from fixing this, I'm going to run over you!"

Chaeyoung shed some tears, Jisoo continued to speak.

"I know you only want what's best for her, and I understand your protective instinct… But let me fix this, let me handle it!" …. "And if Lisa doesn't want to give me another chance, I'm leaving."

The door swung open and before they could say anything, Jennie stormed into the room. "What the do you guys think you're doing? You guys are fighting so loud I had to make Sarang wear headphones to watch cartoons" the woman looked at Chaeng, "You Park Chaeyoung, you think it's cute that your daughter has to wear headphones Why is Mom an idiot? And on top of that, screaming for something that doesn't even concern you?" She pointed to Jisoo, "And you Kim Jisoo? Do you think it's cool to yell at the person who took care of everything when you ran away?"

Chaeyoung and Jisoo looked at each other and bowed their heads, both very embarrassed by the argument.

"You two are grounded!" Jennie yelled in her mother's voice.

"What is--"

"Both of you raise your arms above your head and face the wall, you won't leave until everything is resolved!"

And that's how a four-year fight ended, with child punishment.

(Chaeyoung tried to run away, so he stayed five minutes longer than Jisoo.)

Yuki jumped excitedly into the arms of the girl who was three centimeters taller than her.

Along with a lesson in good behavior, Dahyun also left a backpack with the girl's basic things; like clothes, toiletries and the things Sana packed for her.

Sana and Dahyun thanked Jennie for taking care of Yuki during the night, as they hadn't had a moment just for them for a while. It wasn't the first time Jennie was grateful that Lisa was taking care of Sarang when she and Chaeyoung needed to go out.

When Jennie arrived in the kitchen with Yuki's bags, she glanced at the two other sullen women sitting on opposite sides of the big island.

"Omma, omma!" Sarang called, Jennie looked at the smiling child. "You can let me take Yuki's things up to my room!"

Jennie smiled, "That's very kind of you Sarang, thanks for helping eomma."

Backpack on her back and hand in hand with her best friend, Sarang walked slowly up the stairs. Jennie didn't even have to call Chaeyoung to the kids upstairs, his wife was up since the kid got his backpack.

When the children were out of sight, Jennie approached Jisoo and hugged her. "She was very hard on you, but she also told the truth…. So sorry about that, Chaeyoung has a very strong protective instinct."

Jisoo hugs her back, "I understand, but I was serious when I said I would step over her if necessary." A smile. "I would really do anything to fix this"

"I'm sorry you couldn't invent a time machine," Jennie joked, and Jisoo smiled sadly.

After a few seconds, Jennie felt a small hand tugging at the bottom of her pants. She didn't even notice the kids coming down with Chaeyoung. "Omma, are we going to wait for Aunt Lisa to arrive or can we have dinner now?"

"What are you talking about Sarang? It's not dinnertime yet," Jennie said, and Sarang pouted. "Ask your mommy Chaeng to pick up some snacks for you, then go to the playroom and don't disturb your Eomma while she talks to your aunt Jisoo."

Sarang saluted and ran into the living room, where her mother
