Literal translate - old two. Similar to the meaning, this term is used to address or an informal salutation for someone who is second eldest / second in line among a group or family.

Literal translation: old. Sometimes used in front of someonw's name to show that they've known each other for a long time and are in a good relationship. Eg. lao Han - is what Yue Mi calls Gao Han
