Hyukjae inside Donghae’s ICU. He cannot touch him because there’s too many wires. Donghae looks very pale and dying. Hyukjae cannot stop crying. He feels very hurt.

The doctor told them after the surgery something they cannot accept.

“The heart is a match but his cancer spread all over his body. We cannot do anything anymore. I am sorry.”
