We’re 4th years soon, I kept my promise to not contact him, but sometimes when Den runs across president Jungsoo and Heechul, she mentions them to me. She knows I’m dying to have my friend back. But I was in no place to reach out to him first.

I absentmindedly played with my phone, Den had gone out to visit her friends to de-stress from our exams this time, and I was left alone with my empty head when I heard my phone ping.

Maybe it’s a professor. I flipped my phone open and frowned at the unlisted number that sent me the text.

It only has one word with nothing else on it, not even a name. But somehow, I know who it was from and what it was about.
