the sounds of the movie playing on the television filled the room as the girls shrieked.

"yah! why did we think it was a good idea to watch a horror movie at this time of ni-aahh!!" miyeon screamed as another jump scare popped up.

"oh come on, you wimp! this isn't even that scary!" shuhua snorted.

"says the one clinging on to soojin!" miyeon retorted. shuhua sent miyeon a glare before saying, "you're just jealous i get to hold her!"

and that was how another fight between the t and j duo began.

minnie sighed already used to this as it was a daily occurrence in the dorm. she looked towards the clock.

'it's 3:47am and yuqi's not home yet,'

this has also been a daily occurrence lately. yuqi's been so busy that she's barely at home and when she is, she's dead tired.

'i mean, i can't really blame her. she has to film her show and do that military thing,' minnie sighed as she averted her eyes back to the tv.

soyeon noticed the vocalist's inner turmoil and immidietly knew why.

"you can call her if you're that worried, you know?"

minnie glanced at soyeon before saying, "i know but she might not answer and i don't want to disturb her while she's working,"

soojin stopped the t and j's fight and pointed towards minnie. they immidietly detected the thai girl's dampening mood.

"you should call her. she'll answer," miyeon said while shuhua nodded her head in agreement.

"we all know that she can't resist you," minnie's cheeks turned by red as shuhua sent her a teasing smirk.

"fine. i'll call her," minnie muttered in defeat. she brought her phone out and started to look for yuqi's number. she told the girls to stay quiet. as she was about to press the dial button, the sound of the front door opening broke the silence.

all the girls looked towards the direction of the door and minnie instantly bolted out of the sofa and jogged to the front door.

there she saw her girlfriend looking worse for wear. yuqi had prominent dark circles hanging under her usually bright eyes and her figure slumped as she struggled to hold her self up.

minnie's heart broke at the sight and she immidietly strides towards yuqi and engulfed the younger girl in a tight embrace. the thai's heart broke even further as she felt that yuqi has lost a drastic amount of weight.

"i missed you," minnie pecked her girlfriend's temple.

yuqi nuzzled her face on minnie's neck as she wrapped her arms around the older girl.

"i missed you too," minnie stared at yuqi before gently placing her lips on top of hers. their lips moved together in harmony. minnie bit yuqi's lips and the younger girl let out a soft gasp. the older girl took this to her advantage and pushed her tongue inside the han girl's mouth. they fought a battle for dominance, a fight which yuqi naturally won. minnie gently pried her lips away from the younger's and both of them let out rapid huffs, out of breath from their make-out session. the lovebirds fondly smiled at each other before embracing once again.

they stayed in that position until minnie suddenly got pulled away by a certain taiwanese girl.

"yuqii!!" shuhua glomped the older girl, ignoring the dirty look that minnie sent her.

minnie glared at the maknae's back as the rest of the members sent her apologetic looks.

yuqi and shuhua conversed in mandarin as the told each other about their day. minnie could only understand a bit of their conversation while the korean members could only look at the two in confusion.

"yah, shuhua-yah, give yuqi a break. she's exhausted." soojin says with a slightly threatening tone. that was enough for shuhua to slowly release the older girl from the tight hug she smothered her in.

"welp! shall we continue the movie guys?" soyeon suggested. that was enough for shuhua to sprint back to the living room and plop herself down the sofa. miyeon tenderly looked at her girlfriend before running and jumping on top of shuhua. the maknae let out an irritated groan but the girls saw her fond smile as she wrapped her arms around the eldest. the rest of the girls followed them afterwards whilst yuqi excused herself and went to her room to take a rest. minnie, wanting to stick close to yuqi, got up and followed her to her room. the girls sent her teasing looks and knowing nods while shuhua went as far as to making obscure kissing faces towards the couple.

minnie scowled at them before entering yuqi's room.

yuqi closed her eyes as the warm water drenched her skin and relaxed her tense muscles. she hasn't taken a proper rest in a few days and she felt too enervated to even move her body.

'maybe i can just sleep here. in the tub,'

that sounded like a pleasing idea for a second before she shook it off, it was a very moronic idea. she could drown and die in her sleep and there's no way yuqi would let her self pass away, at least not before marrying a certain thai girl and living a happy life with her. the thought of having minnie as her wife made a small smile form on the dancer's lips.

yuqi took in the tranquillity that the bath gave her. lost in her own thoughts, the girl didn't notice minnie going in the bathroom and rapidly stripping her clothes off. the younger girl only snapped out of the trance she put herself in when a very minnie yontararak slipped in the tub.

"ah, - unnie!" yuqi cursed, sending a pout to her girlfriend, "you scared the living crap out of me!"

"sorry, babe. i didn't mean to scare you that bad," that was a lie. the thai girl fully intended to scare her girlfriend less. yuqi pouts even further and minnie leans in forward to peck the younger's jutted lips.

the vocalist then proceeds to sit behind yuqi, sitting with her back to the tub whilst yuqi leaned on minnie's front area and went on relaxing. the couple just sat there in silence, with minnie back hugging yuqi, enjoying each other's presence after being apart for the whole day and busy with their own schedules.

not long after, minnie's hands got bold and started roaming around yuqi's body, gently massaging every area she got her palms on. she poured most of her attention on yuqi's upper body, mainly the shoulders, and began to leave a trail of kisses and imperceptible hickeys on the younger's neck and nape.

soft groans left yuqi's mouth as she felt her worries start to melt away and her heart starts beating faster. the fact that minnie was so sensually rubbing her bare skin was not helping any of her hormones and almost made her lose her mind.

the tender declarations of love and affection that were whispered to her ears were enough to send yuqi in a very welcomed state of euphoria and make her heart flutter, overwhelming itself with unadulterated adoration for the older woman.

everything was perfect until all of a sudden, minnie's actions halted.

"yah~ why'd you stop?," yuqi whined, desperately trying to get minnie's hands moving again, even going as far as lightly clawing her girlfriend's thighs.

but still, minnie remained stagnant.

"you've been coming home extremely late, nowadays," minnie started. "i'm worried, like, really worried. the company is making you work even though we're on break. i really wanted to spend time with you. ever since you started filming the survival show, you've been too tired to do anything and it's really unusual so not like you and it makes me worry even more," the thai girl looked down, embarrassed by her slight clinginess.

"every time you leave the dorm to film, i always tried to not think negatively but all that comes in my mind is wiether your safe or not and it deeply bothers me. i wondered if you were gonna come back home with fresh new bruises from that god forsaken survival show. the thought of it was enough to ruin my entire day, well, entire day until you arrive of course," the vocalist smiled, "my mood always lifts up when you come back," silence filled the room as all you could hear were soft breathing from the young couple.

"they really shouldn't have sent you to that military show. it's way too dangerous," minnie lightly traced some of the visible scratches and bruises that were littering the han girl's pale skin.

minnie leaned her forehead on yuqi's nape and sighed, "what i've been trying to say is that you should take it easy and that i miss you, i really miss you," the thai pursed her lips, "sorry, i don't what came to me i-" yuqi cut her off with a low hush that rendered minnie tongue-tied.

to be frank, yuqi felt horrible. she's been so caught up with her job, so much to the point where she inadvertently neglected the love of her life and had caused her so much distress. yuqi didn't know that minnie felt this way, she probably would've never known had minnie herself not told her.

'well, at least now we know who's gonna get the worst girlfriend of the year award,' the chinese girl thought.

yuqi turned around to face minnie, straddling the elder's lap in the process. she wrapped her arms around the pink haired's neck and slowly leaned in. their lips met, softly moving against each other in perfect balance and harmony, almost as if they've been doing this for decades when in fact, it has only been a year since they began dating.

their first kiss is definitely one of the most memorable memories that the couple have. it was chaste, shy even and happened unexpectedly in minnie's office. the memory made them feel giddy and sent shivers down their spines. who would've thought that they were gonna get this far in such a short amount of time.

minnie tightly gripped yuqi's hips and harshly nibbled on the younger's lips, wordlessly seeking for assurance, assurance that her lover will always be safe and will always come back home is all she needs. yuqi returns the kiss with the same vigour as minnie, promising to always come back to her. the continued on kissing until they felt themselves needing air.

the grip minnie had on yuqi's hips, slowly slackened as yuqi slowly pulled away. the younger pressed their foreheads together, eyes still closed, basking in the afterglow of the kiss.

"i'm sorry i made you worry, unnie." yuqi nuzzled her nose against minnie's, receiving a smile from the elder.

"you know, seeing and holding you after shooting is the highlight of my day, i know it's cheesy, but just being with you instantly makes me feel better, no matter how rough the day has gone, everything just becomes better when i'm with you. i honestly can't thank you enough for that," yuqi opened her eyes, only to see that minnie already has her eyes opened.

they stared at each other for god knows how long before minnie chuckled, prompting a chuckle to come out of yuqi's mouth too.

"god, i love you so much," yuqi gingerly declared before leaning in to take minnie's lips once again.

minnie smiled as she felt yuqi's lips on hers.

"i love you too," she softly muttered against the younger's lips before returning the kiss.

the young couple fully pecked one another's lips as they whispered sweet nothings to each other.

yuqi was the first to pull away and immidietly buried her face against her girlfriend's neck, inhaling the pleasant aroma she fell in love with.

minnie continued on kissing the side of yuqi's neck whilst rubbing slow, firm circles against her back. she carefully kneaded the younger's muscles, prompting soft whimpers to escape yuqi's mouth as she shivers in delight.

the girls stayed like that for a few minutes until minnie felt yuqi's breathing getting heavier as light snores came out of .

"yah, jagiya, wake up. you're gonna catch a cold if you fall asleep here,"

yuqi could only whine in response too tired to even speak.

"come on, i'll sleep beside you tonight," minnie lightly whispered.

that was enough to get yuqi moving. the han girl grunts in annoyance but stands up anyways. she almost slipped and could've possibly banged her head against the wall if it wasn't for minnie catching her.

"careful, love,"

minnie helped yuqi dry up and put her clothes. the poor puppy felt extremely fatigue and could barely keep her eyes open.

when yuqi was all set in her pyjamas, she immidietly waddled towards her bed and promptly plopped herself down. she could her minnie shifting around as she puts on some of yuqi's pyjamas.

the beijing puppy lifted her heavy eyelids only to be welcomed by the sight of minnie putting on her oversized, puppy shirt. yuqi couldn't help but stare at her girlfriend's deliciously, toned body. god, if she wasn't exhausted, she would make minnie see stars at this very moment.

minnie felt a pair of eyes watching her every move and turns around to see yuqi shamelessly eye- her body. she met the younger's eyes and sent her a flirtatious wink. yuqi turned bright red and immidietly smothered her face against her pillow.

'pft, adorable,'

yuqi felt the other side of the bed dip down as minnie joined her in bed. she immidietly latched on to the elder, wrapping her arm around her waist and tangling their legs together while nuzzling her face against minnie's throat. the thai girl wrapped her arms around her girlfriend and buried her face on top of yuqi's head. giving it a light peck.

the couple's eyes felt heavy as they rapidly slipped in dreamland.

"i love you, woogs," minnie muttered.

"i love you more, min," yuqi tightened the hug.

light snores could be heard inside the small room as minnie and yuqi fell asleep.

just like that, they both knew they were home.
