Description

Taehyun, he was the sun. He didn’t have to hide away his brilliant light or radiating personality. People marvelled at his ability to love and be loved. Sungwoon on the other hand was the moon. He was the cold and darkness the people refused to acknowledge. Only blooming with love when hovering in a sheet of abandoning navy and guarding sleeping fields.

But the eclipse, that was their magnificent connection.

Taehyun was the sun to chase and Sungwoon was the moon to hide, yet… he couldn’t help but feel like there was more in the universe for them to become.

Am I the only one that’s still in love with hotshot and this ship?

This was originally titled midnight sun and was supposed to be a little lighthearted and fun coming of age fic but…. I fell in love with Adam Lambert’s ‘outlaws of love’ so my original idea on how I wanted this to go, 180’d. Still a coming of age-esque fic but now with elements of self worth, acceptance and belonging, plus cute Taesung …. Taewoon … do they have a ship name? Rated as teen like always and please remember that this is only fiction and that in no way do any referenced people connect personally in any way to this story.

Chapter 1: omg, the angst i feel in this oneshot was just insane. i love the way sungwoon breaks loose and actually follows his heart (because he's just that much in love to be able to risk it all for our little giant). coming from a similar background as sungwoon's, i can really feel the oppressed environment with rules and ideals that just scream prison.
great writing style! and i wish there was more taehyun, because he's so charming in this!
