The Last Time

“I’d rather have you mad,” she said, looking at the lady in front of her. “I’d rather have you ignoring me all day,” she continued, only to receive a soft sigh in return.

“Look at me,”

Yongsun bows her head further, obviously avoiding the gaze of the taller woman in front of her.

“I’d rather have you glaring at me all day,”

Yongsun fidgets and stared at the ground as if her eyes glued on it.

“Are you nervous?” the other remarked, which made her heart sunk. “Look at me,” she said, almost pleading.

“I’d rather have you throwing things on me,” she chuckles dryly, which earned no reaction from the other.

“I’d rather have you walking out and cooling your head,”

“I’d rather have you fist fighting with me, seriously.”

“Remember when we met at my friend’s house? When we fist fight after drinking hard because I thought I was older on you and you were being disrespectful?”

She stood up and stares at the crown of her head as Yongsun is still looking down. “Look at me,” she said, finally lifting up her chin to level her eyes with her.

“I’m sorry,”

Yongsun finally said, quickly darting her eyes away from her.

“Was that the last time you’ll be mad at me?”

“Was that the last time you’ll ignore me?”

Moonbyul sobs, “Was that the last time you’ll glare at me? Yong...”

 Yongsun moves away from her, putting the ring on the Moonbyul’s palm.
