Kwon Jiyong sighs as he switches off the television. It has been advised by the Department of Health that everyone who has a travel history from countries with COVID19 positive cases has to practice self-quarantine from 14 to 27 days. Not going against the law but somehow, he selfishly wishes that the advise was delayed for about a week later...not in the time when his wife has just returned from her overseas schedule.

Now here they are, together but apart.

Lee Chaerin chuckles at the sight of her frustrated husband. She is watching him thru the glass door of her personal room in the house which has now become her quarantine area. Last night, she was advised by the family doctor to quarantine herself upon landing in Seoul. That explains why Kwon Jiyong was going sour with his mood all day.

No welcome home kiss.

No warm hugs.

No clingy kitty after  Netflix and Chill.

Nothing.

Jiyong pouts upon hearing her giggles. Not touching her for a week is already enough to drive him crazy. Now the world prevents him from touching her for almost a month. He could swear that's not just a torture. That's death.

"Chaerin-ah..."

"Yes Oppa?"

"Is phone allowed?"

She laughs at his question, "Nah Oppa, I gotta conserve energy. If they found my temp exceeding the normal one, they will take me away from you. You want that?"

His head hang, feeling defeated. "Will you be fine sleeping there alone?"

"Of course. Will you be fine there sleeping alone?" she toss back the question.

"No." and he muffles a cry.

"Poor boy."
