Briarway University is devoted to excellence in teaching, learning, and research, and to developing leaders in many disciplines who make a difference globally. The University, which is based in the small city of Briarway, England, has an enrollment of over 20,000 degree candidates, and hundreds of thousands of alumni around the world.

Briarway not only pushes the boundaries of human knowledge, but also has engaging clubs, sports, societies, and events for its students. luxurious balls are held regularly, and there are plenty of societies and clubs for students to fit into. many sports are also offered to accomodate for many of the students' interests.

although scholarships are offered, many students are from the upper class, sometimes coming from renowned families themselves. yet it isn't so glamorous when you get to the top, as rumors and gossip soon follow after the most scandalous students.

rules

we are a semi lit au rp based on twitter. inactives will be kicked after 3 days of inactivity, but are always welcome to reapply. inform base for hiatuses, departures, ccs, tccs, and relationship updates. every tweet is ic unless in brackets. we are a closed rp, so no following anyone outside the rp.

you are allowed up to two characters in the rp, but can only apply for the second after two weeks of activity. character changes are allowed once every two weeks. ethnicity changing is not allowed. for example, if your faceclaim is 100% korean, your character must also be 100% korean. as for ages, you’re allowed to age up or down by four years of your faceclaim's age.

dating ban is five days, and both parties must reach at least 200 tweets. all ualities are allowed. moving couples are allowed, just let us know in your comment or by dm once joining. pw is any clubs, societies, or sports you're interested in.

graphics and are not allowed on timeline. apply any trigger warnings to the appropriate posts if necessary. timeline is unrated, but refrain from using any language that is overtly offensive or that can be seen as inappropriate.

please respect everyone. facechasing, biased replies, and godmodding/metagaming are not allowed. ic drama is permitted (and preferred actually), but must be approved by all parties involved.

comment with the application to reserve your faceclaim.

once accepted, you have 24 hours to create or recycle your account. if recycling an account, make sure the account is clear of tweets and likes. username format is @bwuname or @namebwu. add your major and year somewhere on your profile.

mention base for verification! reach 25 tweets within 24 hours of joining to remain in the rp.
