Since that incident, Minju never really left the house. The 2 weeks school holiday is coming to its end and she will have to attend the school again.

Minju lied down on Yujin’s lap. “Come to school tomorrow with me.”, she told Yujin.

Yujin knitted her brows together. “I’ll be fine staying at home. And I’ll assure you will be safe at school too. I will walk you to school tomorrow.”

“What if the police found you here? You’ll be arrested without me knowing.”

“If anything happened, I’ll let you know.”

Minju wrapped her small arms around Yujin’s waist. “I really can’t live without you now.”

“You were fine being alone before I come, Kim Minju.”

“That was before. It’s different now.”

Minju stopped infront of her school gate. She turned around to have a look at Yujin. She had a jacket wrapped around her body and wears the hood over her head. She wore a piece of fake glass to help with the disguise, but she looked better in it.

“Go in now. You’ll be late for class.”

“Don’t go back. Stay at the outside gate where I can see you from my class.”

“People going to think I’m a ert or something.”

“I don’t care. I don’t want to get worried anymore.”, she pushed Yujin to one fixed location.

“Stand here and don’t go anywhere. I’ll come back here during recess time.”

Minju left a long peck on Yujin’s cheek. She immediately dashed back into her school compound. Yujin touch her cheek. That is her first kiss. Her heart feeling the explosion again, with a bit of firework sparks.

She looked through the window of the first level of the school building and saw Minju was waving hardly towards her. Yujin waved back.

Some girls came nearer to the fence during their PE classes. Yujin couldn’t help but to entertain all her fans.

“Minju, let’s go to the cafeteria.”, Yuri, one of Minju’s classmate invited.

“Ah, sorry Yuri but I got something to do now.”. Minju quickly ran down the stairs and dashed to the fence.

“Yujin-ah!! Are you alright??”, she asked loudly as she ran towards the fence. Yujin simpered and nodded her head. “Are you not going to eat?”

“I will eat later with you.”, Minju told her. A group of friend walks towards their direction.

“Do you have an obsessive personality or something, Minju?”, Yena, Yuri’s girlfriend interrogated.

“I don’t know what is going on but nobody left the table during lunch time.”, Nako added.

“I brought some food for us.”, Chaeyeon and Chaewon joined them.

They sat on the green grass and started to dig into their lunch box. Chaeyeon handed Yujin a sandwich and she gladly accepted it.

“Minju told us that you’re being chased by a bad people so it’s dangerous for you to stay alone at home. You did the right thing by staying near her.”, Chaeyeon informed the fence girl.

“Are you Minju’s girlfriend?”, Yena asked. “She is Minju’s pet!”, Chaewon answered for her.

Minju and Yujin exchanged glances, speaking with their eyes. You were right, she really has a thing for me. Go get her.

The school bell rang.

“Ahh, history class!”, Yuri and Nako whined as they packed up their lunch box.

“Go somewhere and meet me back at the gate when school time ends. Okay?”, Minju gave out a new order. Yujin grinned to herself and barked softly.

“Be careful.”, Minju said again. They shook hands, only feeling hard to let it go suddenly. Yujin stared at their linking hands and looked up.

“Hey, I love you.”

The warmth feeling from the hand holding touched Minju’s heart. Hearing that word, she really doesn’t want to think of any possibilities that could happen to Yujin. “Don’t say anything stupid. I’ll punch you later.”

Minju released the grip and ran to her class. She didn’t even wanted to turn around, to get a good look at Yujin.

Minju strolled slowly towards her school gate. Yuri is next to her.

“Are you really okay? You really looked like you wanted to cry.”

Minju couldn’t help but to think the possibilities of not seeing Yujin at the front gate later. What if she is not there? How should she react? What should she do? She is obviously not prepared being away from Yujin.

Yuri held her hands and they walked out of the school compound. Minju lifted up her head a little to scan around her, identifying the girl. She looked around three times and Yujin wasn’t there.

“She’s not here…”, Minju stuttered. Her voice cracks.

“Who is not here?”, Yuri asked her, totally worried of Minju.

Minju fall down on her knees. Her knees couldn’t support her any longer. She sobbed silently and attract many attentions towards her. Yuri patted her back, trying to calm her down. Her eyes wandered around, looking for the person she met during recess time earlier.

It’s been almost 15 minutes and Minju still in the same position. She crouched while hugging her knees together. Yuri saw a tall figure sprinted towards them.

“Ahhh, sorry!! I fall asleep at the library!!!”, Yujin yelled from afar.

Minju opened her eyes and lifted up her head. Yujin was panting for breath right infront of her eyes.

“Oh God. What happened? Are you okay? Hey, what happened to her?”, she directed the question to Yuri. Yuri bit her lips together and shook her head slowly.

Yujin immediately crouched down and took Minju’s hand and wrapped it around her neck. She lifted her up and left the school area.

“Minju, are you okay? Do you want to go to the clinic?”

“Home. Let’s go back to our home.”
