Farm 12
The Farmer who Changed Me 🍀My eyes fluttered open and my hand went to my lips. Was it a dream? Ofcourse it is. I rolled my eyes and sat up.
I grabbed my phone from the bag and checked the time. Taehyung's late. It's already lunch time. I rotated my foot and it seems to be a bit ok already.
I stood up and tried to step on it. A bit of pain tingled but it's bearable.
"Trying to break it again?" I held a hand to my heart and he chuckled.
"I told you not to scare me like that." I glared and he shrugged.
"Did you just got home?" He froze but then raised a brow at me.
"You just saw me coming in didn't you?" He rolled his eyes. He never fails to annoy me.
"Whatever. You're late." I said, crossing my arms after flipping my hair.
"Someone's eager to help the grannies." He smirked
"I'll show you I can be still useful. I can just sit by the entrance and look pretty. Customers will flock the diner." He laughed and I raised a brow.
"Wanna bet?" I smirked. He came near me and I almost stepped back. Almost.
"What do you want when you win?" I thought about it and grinned
"You can take me to the hill everyday before sunset til my friends get here."
"Deal. But if I win. Your work for me for the rest of the summer." I actually contemplated on backing out but my mama raised no weak- .
So I raised my chin, my face inching closer to his because of it and said "deal."
"This is soo unfair!!" I whined at the almost deserted diner.
"Sundays are rest days dear. There's not really much people here." I glared at taehyung who was busy laughing.
"You're a scam! You knew about this!" He wiped a tear and grinned.
"You were the one who declared a bet. I just accepted it." I clenched my fists to my side and go to my last resort. Snitching.
"Grandmaaaas! Taheyung is taking advantage of me!" He choked on his water and glared
"Can you pick a more appropriate word like I outsmarted you?" He scoffed.
"What did you taetae?" He turned to his grandma and told her about the bet and our grandparents chuckled.
"Don't be too hard on her tae." My jaw dropped.
"You're letting him enslave me?" I dramatically gasped at my grandmother.
"Your choice of words amuses me." He muttered
"A bet's a bet dear." Heol.
"You're all siding with him" I whined.
"We just based on what you talked about. It's not his fault no one's to flock the diner seeing my pretty granddaughte
