yeongdeok apartments is a housing complex located in the seoul district of uijongbu. although it once saw prosperity and liveliness, the tenant population gradually dwindled after a series of tragedies that costed some their lives. the owner of the building sought to give it a second chance; with freshly painted walls and new furnishing, yeongdeok is ready to welcome a new wave of tenants into its halls... which may or not retain the spirits of those who once lived there.
