Finally the doctor appeared. Everyone gathered around him. No one moved, no one talked. They were all focused on him.
" There's nothing to worry, he's fine " Family and friends gave out sighs of relief, whiped their tears and bright smiles appeared on their faces.
" But " the commotion calmed down " He wants to see.... " paused and looked at the presents eyes " Jungco.... Nicung.... " he mumbled. Slowly his face was getting red, his sweat was flowing down .
*SILENCE*
Just 2 minutes passed but for someone it seemed forever.
Dr. Kim cleared his throat " Nicole ! " he finally said remembering what his patient told him " Jay wants to see Jung Nicole ".
A girl who all this time has been quietly standing at the corner shyly raised her hand.
*AWKWARDNESS*
The doctor beckoned her to follow him.
They reached the room 9107, Nicole stopped on her track, but was pushed in by a nurse right after.
" Here you are First " Jay smiled ear-to-ear and held out his arms " Dr. Kim, she's the love of my life "

Nicole's POV
I was listening to my Iphone. My friends didn't organize anything for this Saturday so I decided to spend the day peacufully on my bed.
8eight's " Farewell " was playing. A sad track that remind me so badly of someone I deeply loved.
My phone suddenly rang. It was Taecyeon. " Jay was involved in an accident, we're going to the hospital " . Taecyeon talked for about 5 minutes but that was the only phrase I catched up.
I hang up then threw my phone on the floor. I was shocked, I stood still for awhile.
Back to my senses I took my jacket and rushed to the hospital.
Mrs. Park was crying on Seungyeon's arms.
I paced back and forth for half an hour " Calm down " Taecyeon caressed my head and hold out a drink. Finally the doctor appeared. Jay was fine. I was relieved. But in the middle of everyone's commotion my name was called out. I raised my hand shyly.
Everyone's eyes widened in disbelief. Jay wanted to see no other than me. Not Mrs. Park, his mother. Not Taecyeon, his bestfriend. Not his girlfriend, Seungyeon. But me, his ex.
The doctor didn't notice the awkwardness and just beckoned me to go with him. I followed him helpless.
We reached the room 9107, I stopped on my track in front of the door, I was reluctant, not knowing what was going on, but a nurse pushed me in.
When he saw me he smiled, I bright smile that I haven't been able to see for a long time.
" Here you are First " He welcomed me holding out his arms. First ? I choosed that nickname for each other when we were still together, First as in first love. Why was he calling me that way now ?

Nicole ran out and went back to the waiting room. She panted for breath and rubbed her chest, feeling like she was going to have some kind of heart attack soon. Her mind was blank. Dr. Kim appeared behind her " Why are you here ? Your boyfriend is waiting for you "
" Ok let's go doc " Seungyeon stepped forward, the doctor was confused " She is Jay's girlfriend " the breathless girl managed to say. The doctor stopped, in a deep thinking for some seconds then gave out a deep sigh. Everyone were already alarmed, now waiting for an explanation " We thought everything was fine, we have been deceived by his clear introduction of himself. I'm afraid he partially lost his memory "
" What should we do Dr. Kim ? " Mrs. Park approached him and grabbed his arm desperately,
" We have to go along with him " the doctor firmly said.
" Does it mean that Nicole has to be his girl ? " Taecyeon finally intervened, no one answered, it was an obvious Yes.
*Silence*
" I won't.. I can't " Nicole shouted clenching her fist,
" If we tell him the truth now, we don't know what could happen.... He might stay like this forever, or worse.. " Dr. Kim calmly explained.
Seungyeon slowly approached Nicole then hugged her tightly from her back " Please Cole, " the girl didn't react, she still couldn't think straght " Cole, for Jay's sake " her puffy eyes were ready to burst into cry again, Nicole shook her head. Seungyeon went down on her knees, her tears were flowing on the floor, Nicole turned around and saw her friend down " Unnie ! What ? Don't ! " she quickly pulled her up, cupped her face and whiped her tears with her thumbs " I'll do it ".
