I sat on the floor with my knees tight against my chest rocking backwards and forwards

- I am not a waste of space-  I silently spoke

-I am worth the air that I breath-

-I am worth, something-

-I can make something of myself-

Tears were streaming down my face, i was rocking backwards and forwards not caring what the time was just crying and speaking those 4 sentences over and over trying to convince myself they were true.  I shuddered it was getting cold I slowly walked over to the bathroom feet dragging. i looked at myself in the mirror and saw the purple blotch on my face from where she hit me. There was dried blood down my arm. I wanted to scream, to run away, to go and make something of myself. But I couldn’t they would find me.

my bedroom door creaked open i jumped scared TOPs head came peering round the corner.

-shhh it's okay it's only me- i visably relaxed he was good to me treated me as a person

-you okay- he asked visibly concerned

i nodded - it's been worse- but my voice cracked

-one day- he said coming toward me giving me a hug - you wont have to worry about being hurt-

i began to cry silently sobbing he leaned down and brushed my tears away with the tips of his fingers.

i leaned forwards into his solid arms felling safe for a little while.

-ive got to go out- i suddenly said pulling away from him a frown creased on his forhead

- i have to go pick something up for- i broke of unable to say her name

he nodded understanding i got my bag and headed out the door covered in blood and bruised
