Disclaimer: I’m sorry I don’t really know anything about the education system/ how university works in Korea. The reason I kept them in SNU is to maintain everyone’s origin’s. That being said, I really don’t know what I’m doing. This is all based off of my knowledge of uni where I live. Nevertheless, I hope you enjoy it!

It's the start of his last semester at SNU and Baekhyun isn't happy about it per say. Finishing one’s bachelor’s degree should be a happy moment, where they can cry of the freedom of letting go of school. But... all the memories and experiences he made through his four years feel as though they’re slipping away. He feels nostalgic for a time that’s still not even over. Yet, he can’t stop thinking about all his past here and everything he’ll miss. As his future looks more unclear than ever, Baekhyun holds onto his memories. And he blames himself for all the time he missed. All those months he let slip through. Everything.

If only he knew then what he knows now.

When he first got into SNU not many of his highschool friends joined. He had to learn how to make new friends in an uncomfortable environment. Although his lovely personality allowed him to befriend many older students, as they welcomed the much needed enthusiasm, many of his actual classmates found him annoying. This discouraged Baekhyun from being as outgoing as he used to be. His collection of friends still grew over the first year- there was Minseok, a second year student who lived a few dorms away from him, then Suho- minseok’s friend, and a man Baekhyun recognised as the top student in one of his extra credit courses. Then, there was Yixing. The final friend he actively tried to mantain. The international student had been in the same general music studies class as him. They both opened up to each other, and Baekhyun felt strangely compelled to the man. It was a weird friendship though, as everytime Baekhyun felt that something within their relationship would escalate, Yixing would ghost him. Disappearing every once in a while, social media being the only update. It put a strain on Baekhyun’s friendships, feeling as
