Jungkook met Jimin who was visiting his grandparents over the summer, a beautiful friendship blossomed between the two but summer quickly ended. While saying their goodbyes, Jimin kisses Jungkook. 

Nine years later, Jungkook is a student at UCLA, has friends but still sort of an outcast since all his friends are dating. His friends despair of him ever meeting someone, drag him to a party, where he reunites with Jimin again.
